Great tour - Outstanding walking tour. Great guide. He guided us around the neighborhood with lots of commentary on the area, culture, restaurant recommendations, etc. Great views of the Pacific from areas we'd never find on our own. Most highly recommended if you've already seen downtown Lima

Excellent Tour - Beautiful Artwork - This was a wonderful tour and Alejandro was charismatic and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend. We had a great time. A lot of opportunities to take photos of gorgeous street art and learn about Barranco.

Breezy Barranco Tour - Ronny was excellent and knowledgeable. He was flexible with us, especially with a kid. He also provided good suggestions and tips for our trip. Highly recommended.

Walking tour - The tour guide and tour were very good. Really enjoyed seeing the sights and hearing about the rich history and culture. Guide even suggested some places to eat and drink, which we did. She even took us to the restaurant after the tour was over. Had a VERY nice time.

The guide was a no show and the company did not respond. - The guide did not show up for the tour. Called & messaged the WhatsApp number and never got a reply.

Don’t bother booking with this company - I read some of the negative reviews and thought they may be the few not the many but the bad reviews are accurate.

The guide didn’t show up. Take a different agency - Although we booked the walking tour a day ahead and our booking was confirmed by the agency Email, the guide did not show up and no one bothered to update if the tour was cancelled. We called the number provided in the booking confirmation but no answer. Two other people who we’re waiting with us tried as well. No response… This has cost us a full morning out of the two days we had in Lima. This is a shame and not acceptable. If you value your time go elsewhere!

No show. Unprofessional and unreliable. - I would give zero stars is that option was available - complete no show and no response to any messages or calls. Took my money, confirmed booking but never showed up. I have raised a complaint with Viator. Unprofessional and wasted out entire evening. Avoid this tour.

Don’t waste your time like we did. - The tour guide never came, didn’t answer the phone, and didn’t answer Viator when they called them. Do not waste your time for this tour that most certainly my is not free. Now I have to wait for the tour company to approve my refund when they didn’t even show up at all or communicate at all. Stay far away from this sham!
