Fantastic experience - This is an outstanding tour full of information, fun, and superb food and wine. The tour was conducted by Viviana Germano from the Germano family. It was so interesting and packed with useful information so you get a really good understanding of what Barolo wine is all about. We booked late and joined an all Italian tour. However, Viviana kindly send me an audio file in advance so we could listen to the presentation in English. After the tour we went to the lunch setting in beautiful Barolo in the Germano premises. We tasted four wines and enjoyed beautiful food with each course. We also had the chance to gauge the characteristics of each wine, and then compare this with what a professional wine taster would say. The who,e experience was excellent and great value for money at just 65€. I would advise you to book directly with the Germano winery. I hope you have as much fun as we did!
