Our Cesarine (the name of our hosts) will welcome you like part of the family and will teach you their family cooking secrets for an authentic culinary experience.

Embarking on a trip to Italy is incomplete without savoring at least a single pasta dish… So, let’s learn to make two!
We’ll guide you on how to hand-roll ‘sfoglia’ (fresh pasta) and create 2 distinct pasta varieties from scratch under the supervision of your Cesarina.
Moreover, we’ll show you how to whip up the famous Tiramisu as the grand finale.
Express your love for Italian food in this interactive cooking session where you’ll form new bonds. It’s an excellent opportunity to submerge yourself in the Italian way of life.

Le Cesarine represents the oldest network of resident cooks spread across Italy. These hosts welcome inquisitive explorers into their homes for a deep dive into the culinary arts.
- Please note that our Cesarine are ready and thrilled to host you in their homes! All Cesarine are always very careful and attentive of the important sanitary rules needed, even more now! The homes provide all the essential sanitary equipment for the guests (paper towels for washing hands, hand sanitizing gel and so on). Remember to always maintain 1 meter distance from each other and if not, wear masks and gloves.

Cesarine cooking class with Anna Salvatore - Anna was a gracious host. She welcomed us into her lovely home and patiently taught both my husband and I how to make orecchiette and tiramisu. We sat down to eat together and had a friendly conversation. Memorable experience.

Over the top experience and hospitality 😍 - Christiania was so informative and so patient with us. Nona came to help out and she was such a treat! The hospitality was over the top. We were not rushed and just felt so at home the food was so delicious! Definitely would recommend!

An authentic Italian culinary experience - Having an experience with Cesarina Maria was absolutely delightful. My family, including our children, were warmly welcomed into her home where we participated in a fresh pasta and tiramisu making course. The Cesarina was patient, engaging, and made sure the experience was enjoyable for everyone, even adjusting the instruction to engage the kids effectively. We all had a great time learning how to make traditional Italian dishes from scratch. Our host's passion for cooking was contagious and created an environment of joy and learning. By far, the highlight of our trip was tasting the fruits of our labor - the pasta was divine, and the tiramisu was the best we've ever had. An authentic Italian culinary experience that we would recommend to all families visiting Bari!

Great hands-on pasta class! - Our wonderful host Juanita was very attentive & knowledgeable. She shared her families secrets to perfect pasta - we cooked both ravioli & orecchiette in a hands-on lesson. We also made a traditional tiramisu for dessert. We sat down at a beautifully set table to eat our home cooked pasta which was delicious!
