Became a chef for one day in this stunning city and learn about Italian pasta. Enter the home of Daniela, your host and teacher located in one of the most vibrant districts of the city.

You will start the lesson preparing the dough for the pasta, then you will roll it out and prepare its condiments. You will create your favorite Italian pasta (egg or white floor pasta).

Once the work is completed, you will enjoy the meal and the dishes tasting with the chef. Enjoy a typical Italian atmosphere and celebrate this occasion bring your favourite bottle of wine.

Like cooking and eating with close family members - The whole class was memorable. It was educational and fun throughout the afternoon. Christiana was a great teacher and cook, but more than that, it was like being in the kitchen with family. We laughed and told stories, met her mother and a niece and delighted in helping each other with the language differences. We all hated for the day to end and we had to go back to our hotel. A great experience!

Amazing Puglian Cooking Experience! - We all loved our experience with Christiana and her delightful mother. They bent over backwards to make everything perfect. They had prepared many delicious traditional Italian dishes to accompany our amazing orecchiette that we learned how to make! The only downside was the awkward scheduling process by the booking agency.

Pasta making lesson and dinner - All I can say is Wow!!! What an experience! Cristiana and her mother invited us in to their home to teach us how to make orecchiette pasta. They taught us good technique and shared other recipes with us as well. They had an entire meal prepared for us too! They treated us like family! We all had a wonderful multicourse meal and had great conversation after we made the pasta. Truly an experience you can never get at a restaurant. We felt like we were one of the family. Definitely an unforgettable experience.

Perfetto - Me and my partner came to Bari to learn something about the local food culture. We spent a lovely evening with Cristina and her mother making orechiette, a tipical pasta pugliese. The hosts welcomed us very warmly and they love to share their knowledge about cooking and local food. It is a really authentic cooking with nonna experience. This is really rare to find and at the end of the evening we felt that we recieved much more than we gave. Totally recommend it, 5 stars from us :-)
