Convenient to see a lot. - We enjoyed the Catamaran ride. It is a nice view of Barcelona. The bus ride is very convenient to look at the major sites of the city.

Great with added Christmas 🎄 delights - We had a pleasure to see the lighted streets With the bus,, went around the city but because there was an activity of Christmas lights the traffic was horrendous but it was ok since we had time to enjoy the festive decorations and multicolored lights

Best overview of Barcelona - The various routes for this tour took us all over Barcelona for our first visit. It was a perfect way to see the main sights, hear the guide information (in a wide choice of languages), and choose where to stop off and do more exploring. The service at Placa Cataluna was excellent: a representative was there to validate our tickets and reassure us that we were in the right bus company’s line. A representative also was present at the stop near La Sagrada Familia to assist the many passengers exiting and boarding. This 48-hour excursion was a great experience.

Absolutely a must! - My sister and I used this company this September, a great way to see this big and beautiful city! Perfect comments, not overwhelmong, would strongly recommend the company, you get to see all important landnarks and more. Use both green and orange lines, different things to see. A hop on hop off is very useful too.

A step above a city bus - The “commentary” is a mere sentence or two for each stop. If you want to learn a lot, this is not for you.Also, Barcelona is busy city and so the traffic (and therefore you) will move SLOWLY. A good way to take in large swaths of large city you’d be hard-pressed to walk in one day.

Poor commentary average trip - Whilst this an easy way to view inner city it could be improved with little cost. The commentary is lacking in detail and not well synchronised with route. Bus waits for very long time [25+min) at stop1 not really continuous. Annoying elevator music is what you hear for most of the trip.

Terrible Service Provider - We visited Barcelona and purchased tickets from a waiting bus at stop 5 - World Trade Centre in Barcelona from a representative of Julia Travel. When making the purchase we were not made aware of the fact that the Barcelona 10K was taking place in the city and there were significant disruptions to service that day. After getting off at stop 16 and walking to Sagrada Familia, we were unable to get on another bus due to the significant congestion in the city and the lack of any busses with space to be able to board. We found ourselves stranded over 5 miles away from the port with 4 adults and 2 babies in pushchairs. To get back to the ship, we needed two taxis. So, despite offering a hop on hop off service this was not possible due to the lack of busses on the route and the overselling of tickets for the day. Given we paid over 130 Euro for the privilege, I asked for a refund based upon their cancellation policy - namely: - On returning home I requested a refund in line with their terms and conditions which state - As an exception, JT may refund the purchase price in the following cases: • Serious interruption of the service due to road closures We explained the position to the company, and they were unwilling to offer any recompense at all. We have used red hop on hop off busses at locations all through Europe and I have never experienced such poor service. I`ve posted this as I would not deal with this company ever again and do not want anyone else to be subject to what we experienced. Please be extra vigilant when dealing with this company they referred us to terms and conditions on the website about not being able to reserve seating and were part of the initial ticket booking. When purchasing on location, T&C`s cannot be checked and certainly the material impact of the Barcelona 10K on the day was not pointed out to us. Very disappointed.

Terrible experience. - Terrible experience. We sat there for half an hour on the bus before we realized we were supposed to receive a map and headphones to help guide us. No one greeted us, no one gave us the map or the headphones and once we asked for them, no one explained how to use them or to find the appropriate language. We stayed on the bus until it got back to the starting point and got off. A waste of time and money.
