Disappointed - I have booked many Viator tours when traveling. I understand that I tried to cancel my ticket after the 24 hour period allowed for the hop on hop off bus tour due do the fact that I injured my knee climbing steps on another tour the day before. I would never expect to receive a refund on a small group tour, but in this case I explained I could not make it up the bus steps. I don't think anyone would have missed me! I think they should have taken into consideration how many tours I have booked previously through Viator and I have never had a bad experience.
