Incredible - Visiting the Sagrada Familia and using this app as a guide was a great way to explore this impressive monument. The audio provided detailed information about the history, design and highlights of the structure which further enriched my experience that day, I am pleased with what was provided.

Self-Guided Audio Tour of Gaudi's Exterior and La Sagrada Familia - I had never had this type of experience in which you simultaneously listen to an audio telling a little about history and take a tour while you can observe what is being talked about and I thought it was excellent. Both the detailed information and the voice that guides and makes you feel emotions, immerse you in the story and hook you, which I think is fantastic!

Great SELF GUIDE of the Basilica - For those who dont have the time or couldnt go inside the Sagrada Familia, this is the perfect way to understand the story of its creator Gaudi. You will walk around the area surround it, going to take the perfect picture of every angle. It was a very creative way to get to know the story with sound effects.

Unmissable Experience - I was impressed by the detail of the history of the Sagrada Familia, its details, meticulous curation of history, even without visiting its interior, we were able to contemplate the majesty of the temple... excellent, looking forward to learning more Soundwalkers experiences...

Impossible to Find Audio Tour and No Help by Tour Operator - After several attempts to reach the tour operator, we reached out to Viator and have asked for a full refund. The pickup audio tour location was impossible to find and we asked tourist information officers and Sagrada security and none could figure it out. It was an awful experience.

Totally misrepresented - Until recent edits to title and description you could easily be misled that this was a tour of the interior of La Sagrada. Instead you are stuck outside with the requirement to download a phone app and use your own earphones - for a tour of the EXTERIOR. To use this "tour" at all means you must have active mobile data on your phone and earphones. Even the directions link opened a map with the red pointer at the middle of the opposite park - in the middle of the park pond! This tour was intended to deceive until recent edits. Viator needs to protect their reputation.

Trip adviser NO TIX ? - Trip adviser tix not on my account and I only had a reference no!
Traveled from Australia, paid my money, got confirmation and a reference but no tix from the reference -
I’ve got another tour booked that’s also not in my account - 4 booking are showing but 2 are not and I’ve wasted my day stressing 😡😤😭…..What’s going on ? I sent a message and no response from yet Trip Adviser ? I can’t get this day back …

Not Tickets for Entry - Warning. This is not a ticket to entry. Like others have said read the fine print. We were caught looking for last minute entry tickets and were not able to refund.
