The Best Tour of Sagrada Familia - Carles was an exceptional guide. Experienced, very personable, and knowledgeable. He met us on time at the appointed spot, and gave us a thorough tour for the whole scheduled time. His English was excellent.

Saggrada familia private tour - Cassandra was so nice knowledgeable and can explain everything and so easy to understand.Enjoyed our Sagrada tour so much.

Horrible experience and customer service - We arrived EXACTLY at 5:59. Tour started at 6. Would we have liked to have been there sooner? Sure. But the fact of the matter is we were still there in time. The guide had already left, we tracked another one down and he refused to help us, said it was too late and was incredibly rude. My advice: DO NOT USE THIS TOUR GROUP!
