Yummy Paella, lovely chef! - Such a unique experience! We started in the Bouqueria market and picked out fruits for our Sangria, tomatoes and ham ( aged up to 6 yrs) several types of interesting seafoods, saffron , fresh paprika ,and pepper sauce , all which we used in the cooking kitchen with a delightful culinary cook and sous chef. We started with charcuterie then went into the kitchen, we each had a chance to build our Paella and then sat down to enjoy a delicious meal together. Wonderful experience and made new friends!

Fresh seafood, vibrant spices, sangria. And delicious Paella. Take the class - Marie was organized. Engaging. Thorough. Funny. We learned a lot, and definitely tried things we never would have. The trip to the market was fascinating. And the seafood! Unbelievable. So fresh. We made refreshing sangria. The paella was delicious and beautiful. Unlike some cooking classes you are actually involved in making every part of the meal. This is a perfect activity in Barcelona. It was a highlight for us.

I had a very nice evening! - Maria was an excellent teacher. The explanations were clear and complete, and the paella was the best I've ever tasted. I will definitely cook it this summer for my family and friends, accompanied by a good sangria 😍

Loved learning to make paella - Our family had a wonderful experience learning the make authentic paella with two other families. We started at La Boqueria and picked out fresh ingredients, then walked back to the professional kitchen to make dinner and have lots of delicious drinks. Everyone played a part, and the end result was so good and memorable. A great experience!

Everybody’s favorite activity - This cooking class was the highlight of our family’s trip to Spain—everybody’s favorite! Our host was delightful. Enjoyed visiting the market and learning about some of the ingredients we would use in the paella too. Sangria was delicious, as well as the Cava. Really enjoyed meeting other travelers too. Inspired to try cooking classes on our next travels.

We had the best time with... - We had the best time with chef Christian and our group. We enjoyed getting to explore the market and all of the cooking, eating, and drinking that came along with the tour. We would definitely recommend this experience!
