Wonderful class with Chef Juan - We had a fantastic cooking class with Chef Juan at Barcelona Cooking who went above and beyond to make it a special experience. We made gazpacho, tortilla, paella (including a vegetarian version for my daughter) and crème Catalan. There was a good balance of participation and demonstration (so we could enjoy some wine!) All in all, a very informative and entertaining evening!

Fabulous…HIGHLY RECOMMEND - We had an AMAZING time!!! Juan was our chef and he made the entire night so much fun! He put us to work making DELICIOUS dishes!!! The people we met who were in the class with us added to the fun! We left full and happy!!! I highly recommend this experience!!! And ask for Juan! He was fantastic!

Barce dreams w FaL - It was a great experience , very good time. The chef was amazing and made us feel we were cooking with our family , iand in Ramblas! We spend a very good time in a very friendly and nice environment. If you go to Barce, this is a must

Excellent and delicious - The paella cooking class was one of the highlights of our trip to Barcelona! Juan made the entire experience so fun and memorable! We absolutely loved meeting our cooking “family.” We would recommend this to anyone visiting Barcelona!

Amazing experience to learn!!! - Amazing and our Chef was Juan and was blessed to have him not only take us to the Boqueria Market to select fresh vegetables and ingredients to make our delicious paella plus plus!!! Learned Sangria and learning hands on was amazing!! If you want to have a great experience I highly recommend this class! Thank you Juan as my wife and I absolutely will come back when we travel to Barcelona!! Gracias Juan!!

Fabulous Cooking Class!! - This cooking class was easily one of the major highlights of our Xmas trip to Barcelona. Juan was our cooking chef extraordinaire! We were a large group of 11 people (two families each with multiple grown children) but he managed to get everyone involved and cooking. We each received alot of individual attention. I learned several new cooking techniques and several new recipes. The food was wonderful and the wine flowed all during dinner! By the end of dinner I felt like we had a new family member in Juan...he is the best! I highly recommend this excursion to anyone who is looking for something fun and interesting to do as well as looking to learn more about local cuisine!

We loved making paella with Juan! - Fantastic!! Our decided to take a paella cooking class. With four college age kids, I wasn’t sure this was going to work out but it was fantastic! Our instructor was Juan. He engaged everyone and made the evening wonderful. Truly a great night- and the final meal was great too!

Great for families! - 11 days in Spain and this was one of our family’s top memories. Family of five including two teens and a 9 year old. The food was amazing and our chef was fantastic. Location was great too.

Great experience - It was great to learn how to make Paella. Renata was a great host and head chef. Great location on Las Ramblas. Recipes were in our email the next day, can’t wait to try and repeat it at home.

Educational experience plus dinner - We learned to cook four courses. There was one person in the group who was a vegan and the instructor was able to modify the recipes for them without it effecting our experience. The food we made was amazing. The instructor was amazing. The only complaint I have is that they said they would email us the recipes and that hasn’t happened yet and it has been several days and we really want to try them at home. So we hope they send them soon.
