Amazing, breathtaking, fantastic. - The drive to Montserrat, the snow on the Pyrenees, the sheer spectacle of the mountain, the drive up the mountains, the Black Madonna and the church where she is held, the walk to St Michael's cross and its associated views, fantastic.

One of the highlights of our visit to Barcelona. - The tour was one of the best we’ve been on, and we’ve been on a lot of tours. Gus was passionate, knowledgeable and proud of his heritage. He made the experience fun and very enjoyable.

Montserrat and wine tour - Javier our tour guide was very informative explaining important historical information about Montserrat. He was friendly and made us feel comfortable.

Good Vibes - The highlights of the day were the views along the walking path, the history of Spain on the bus by Gus, and Delph’s great commentary and wine tasting lesson. Umbrella recommended if chance for rain and good walking shoes required. An extra half hour added to the tour, for additional Montserrat time would be helpful. Tour guides were all friendly and accommodated vegetarian needs, triple checked our dietary needs which was great.

The best rainy day - Our tour guide was good. Javi was very good and friendly. Available to answer questions. Unfortunately due to weather the views that we anticipated were not available. The basilica was very dark difficult to see and guides were not allowed inside so details were difficult. Now the vineyard and wine tasting. It was a 45 min drive and only 3 small pours. Javi was an excellent host with great knowledge of the wine and vineyard. Overall we felt the trip should have had more tasting to be worth the time.

Great experience - The views were amazing. Toni, our guide was humorous and knowledgeable about the history and area. Would definitely recommend.

Highly recommend!!! - This was a FANTASTIC experience and one of the highlights of my Barcelona trip. I had Javi as my guide and he was exceptional - very knowledgeable, kept to the schedule, and also easy-going and fun to chat with. The setup of the day was really well balanced - I did not feel rushed at the monastery and appreciated the free time, but also felt we left for the vineyard at the right time. And the wine tasting experience was exquisite!! It really exceeded my expectations - what a spectacular location with the backdrop of Montserrat. I was very impressed that Javi also had the knowledge of this local winery and talked us through the tasting. I highly recommend and rate this 10/10.
