- Please advise: there are around 400 stairs to go up to the tower, persons with reduced mobility can not access the tower
- Please note that to go up to the towers you will use an elevator but to go down you will need to use the stairs
- The access to the tower subject to favorable weather conditions. If canceled due to poor weather, you will be given the option of an alternative date or full refund
- Children under 6 years old are not allowed to access the Towers even accompanied by an adult. Please note children under 6 will remain downstairs with an adult
- Please note the towers may remain closed due to rain or wind
- The monument decides which Tower is open for tourists groups and which one remains closed and this may change depending on the day
- Please note that the Sagrada Familia Regulations state that children under the age of 11 years old will not get a receiver to listen to the guide. Amigo Tours manages the entry of each of our customers and this measure does not have to do with us.
- The guide will be waiting for you inside “Emporio Souvenirs” shop
- Keep in mind that there are queues to access Sagrada Familia due to security checks
- Kindly note that the ID of children under 1 years old may be required

Very Informative Tour - Our guide was very informative and well informed. He provided a great deal of information about Sagrada Familia. He did not just deliver a monotonous scripted speech but rather made the presentation lively!

Book a tour guide. You will not regret it! - What an incredible experience! This has to be one most beautiful buildings I have ever seen, every part of the architecture has such meticulous depth and incredible meaning. Meaning that you would only find out by joining a tour like this one.
Our guide was so knowledgeable and passionate but sadly, I forgotten his name. However, thank you for an brilliant experience.

Almost ideal- worth it for the perks - Sagrada Familia is super busy but worth the trip. This tour allowed us to skip the line and have some guidance inside knowing where to go and in what order. The tower was closed but the inside and grounds were amazing. The tourguide was able to manage us but one guy was at the meeting place and didnt understand the check in process and then was turned away by the tour guide once we were at the entrance. He could have done something to help the guy but he was dismissive.

The guide was very good... - The guide was very good but we couldn’t understand a lot of what he was saying as he had a very strong Spanish accent.
