Great Day Trip! - We greatly enjoyed our day with Xavier visiting Costa Brava. We were the only ones on the tour, so we got the perks of a private tour. During the van rides, Xavier shared a lot of interesting information about Barcelona, Catalunya, and the villages we visited. He left us at the first stop to board the boat, and met us at the end of the boat ride in Tossa de Mar. The boat ride was very nice, along the beautiful coast. In Tossa, Xavier gave us information and guidance to explore the village on our own, with a lot of flexibility to make sure we enjoy everything at our own pace. We had a lot of fun! Xavier is a very friendly and caring person who goes out of his way to make sure his guests have a great time. We highly recommend this experience with Xavier.

A wonderful trip with an exceptional guide! - My friends and I had a super fantastic time and appreciated our hotel pickup. We enjoyed the views, unique village shops and boat ride. But the joy of our trip was intensified by our guide Xavier. From the moment he picked us up, we knew our trip would be enjoyable and memorable. He was unfailingly polite, personable and very knowledgeable. He made our day special and he is a great asset to his tour company. Thank you, Xavier!

Amazing and so much fun!! - Firstly going in a small group was fabulous. There were 6 of us and the van fit 8. The other couple that joined us were so much fun, and we thoroughly enjoyed their company. Our driver Manu was amazing - and very informative about the area - the history, and had a great personality! Quite a talker, who made us all laugh. From Barcelona, Our tour took us to the town of Lloret de Mar where we hopped on a boat which took us into different coves - and were able to see the fish from the bottom of the boat . The boat dropped us off in the town of Tossa where we could explore and shop. Manu was very clear on where he'd meet us and pick us up to take us to the next location - which was a private cove with restaurant. There we were able to feast on fresh caught fish, while drinking wine and sangrias right on the beach. The owners were very nice and couldn't do enough for us. We then had time to hang out on the beach - find seaglass - and explore the area, while watching the divers jump from the cliffs. Absolutely breathtaking !!! I would definitely recommend this tour and hope that you have Manu as your tourguide - he'll make sure you have a good time.

Lacking Depth - We booked the private tour for our family of 4. The guide unfortunately was 40 minutes late for our hotel pick up. His car was a compact SUV and was very tight for 4 passengers for a long ride. We got to Lloret beach at 10:30am and immediately got on the boat as the next two times were booked. The itinerary description states there should have been a stop at Placa Catalunya and a tour in Lloret with swim time but that didn’t occur. The boat was packed! With that said we did enjoy standing at the bow with the wind in our faces and enjoyed the scenery! We did not go down to see the fish through the glass because it seems very claustrophobic. When we arrived in Tossa our guide was there to meet us. We walked the castle and old town with him. He was nice enough but he did not seem to be knowledgeable of the history of Spain, the town etc. We could have walked the town on our own. Quite honestly our guide did not add to the experience. Food in town is mediocre and the town itself is touristy so as long as that is your expectation you will enjoy the little shops. We will say the highlights of the trip (I won’t say “tour” because we learned nothing about Spain, but essentially had a driver) were the scenery from the top of the castle and the swimming in the cove behind the castle. Water was crystal clear! The itinerary stated we should have driven a scenic route to Sant Feliu de Guixols and had several stops for pictures stopped for picture moments but neither occurred. Definitely not worth it as a private tour option.

Horrible service - If I could give this tour zero stars I would. What absolute horrible service. After specifically booking this tour for the hotel pickup, I was informed the morning before that my location wasn't possible for pickup. I then conceeded and went with one of the alternate pick up locations meaning I had to travel to get there. After specifically asking where and when to meet and getting there at the requested time, NO ONE came to pick me up. Called, sent multiple messages and even tried contacting through the viator app without any response although I could see that someone was reading my messages. After over an hour of waiting without any responses, I ended up leaving. Such a horrible experience and would definitely recommend caution when booking with these people. Simply HORRID!!!!
