Great intimate feeling experience - Bought the gold package, tour, drink and concert on the roof. Great experience, the concert on the roof was so good! Had enough time to take the tour without feeling rushed and then an hour on the roof for the concert, great way to spend a Thursday evening!

Outstanding - If you love architecture and whimsy then this place is outstanding. From the moment you enter - to a revolving floor art installation to the moment you leave- a digital art installation room of mirrors - it's truly captivating. The evening visit was a great way to end a day of shopping and preceded a dinner later. The platinum ticket allowed easy entry and skipped all the queuing outside. Outstanding and highly recommended visit.

Must see in Barcelona - A must see in Barcelona, the house is spectacular, well preserved and the guide helps to understand the Gaudí universe.
The welcome glass of cava is appreciated and the immersive show ends. Everything perfect

Amazing. Well worth a visit! - Absolutely amazing place. You get inside Gaudi's imagination. Inspiring! Arrive a bit earlier than your ticket admission time as there will be a queue!

Crowded but enjoyable - We toured this unique building while in Barcelona. If you love Gaudi or just have an interest in architecture or the Arts you will enjoy the visit. The biggest problem are the huge crowds. You have very little room to move around but it is still remarkable. The gift shop was closed when we took the 8:45 tour so if you want to visit it you should go earlier.

Casa Batllo at Night - The issued ticket was not usable for entrance; however, the staff were able to process the ticket and get us onto the tour. The tour was very nice although crowded. The night tour is beautiful with the different lights and colors.

Overcrowding made the experience unenjoyable - Perhaps my least favourite gaudi experience. Too many people and it was overcrowded and you couldn't breathe.
I just wanted to leave.

Too many people on one too small surface. - Really way too busy, held my heart, what if a fire broke out? The house I can tick off as 'seen' but for me personally this was really not worth the money.

Irresponsible number of visitors - I had a ticket for a Night Visit and was very much looking forward to it.
Whilst I‘m aware that the Casa Batllo is one of the most popular places to visit in Barcelona, they‘ve let in far too many people for this event.
I don‘t want to imagine what would have happened if someone suddenly felt sick had a panic attack - it’s really dangerous to let in such a huge number of visitors since the corridors and staircase are extremely tight and there are no quick exit routes.
I felt so uncomfortable that I finished the visit as soon as possible.
