Evan shared his knowledge and passion for this tour - The guide was dynamic and knowledgeable. Evan had stories and details which made it so interesting. It is tragic that it is not often discussed or taught in schools.

Excellent tour especially for students studying abroad - I have been traveling through Paris and Barcelona learning about the history of revolution in urban spaces and this tour was the highlight of my trip. Yannis did an excellent job describing the complex history and ideologies of the war, making the ideas easily accessible to a group with only a little previous exposure to the anarchist tradition. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Barcelona, it is well worth your time and will give you a greater appreciation for the city.

Fascinating and detailed tour - I have read about the civil war (Antony beevor's book, Orwell etc) but this really made it come alive. Excellent knowledge and detail not just of the events but the wider context (which I was less aware of) including the current climate. Evan was enthusiastic, knowledgeable and patient with the group.
