Gemma is a super guide - I highly recommend this tour. The houses are sights to behold, and Gemma was delightful and informative. She set the stage with background on what was happening g in Barcelona at the time they were built and provided other historical insights. The tour requires one to be able bodied and able to walk long distances, which we could. There was a person on the tour who did not know this and had some difficulty.

Amazing things to see, more than a work of architecture. - Gaudi was a man with an amazing mind, very original and expressive. Seeing his work was wonderful. He was not just ahead of his time, in many ways he was ahead of where we are right now with his recycling and materials use.
