- The FC Barcelona reserves the right to change the schedule, routes or close part of the museum tour.
- It is mandatory to exchange your voucher for your “FC Barcelona Immersive Tour” and Barcelona City Tour tickets at the Julià Travel Office in Estació del Nord
- The tickets must be collected from the booking date. No tickets will be provided before the date they are booked for, which must be stated in the voucher.

Great!!!! - Excellent facility for hop on hop off. Would have helped if the tour guide had pointed out in advance how the bus stop for the Barcelona city tour looks like. It is not as obvious as it looks for the other tours

Inefficient and ineffective - This tour company is highly inefficient. They sold us an online ticket; however, the online voucher was only for the bus and we had to waste time going to the location they emailed us for the Camp Nou tickets. When we arrived at the location the company emailed, they informed us that we had to go to their other location. We asked if there was anyway to avoid doing that and they said to come back in 10 minutes to give time to transfer the tickets. We came back and they handed us a print out on a white sheet of plain computer paper. This could have been emailed to us to show on our phone and/or printed out, yet they wasted over an hour of our time to go to their location (and did not even provide the correct guidance). Do not recommend.

Hoho bus not worth it - CAMP nou was cemetery worth it but the city hoho bus was so hard to find the stops. The office was not able to explain how to find the stop.closest to them. We ended up having to take taxis due to the lack of proper stop.instruction. I am still waiting on a refund for that portion that I requested.
