Savor the Flavor of Barcelona with Brendan and Joan's Exquisite Wine Tour! - Our wine tasting tour with Brendan and Joan was nothing short of spectacular. Brendan, with his humor and kindness, did more than just guide us through the historical landscapes of Barcelona; he connected us with the vibrant local culture of today. His personal stories of life in Barcelona added a unique and engaging layer to our experience. The wine tasting itself was enhanced by Joan's friendly and engaging approach, making the complexities of wine both understandable and enjoyable. Each glass was paired with interesting anecdotes about the local viticulture, turning each sip into a discovery of flavors. The tour was a perfect blend of education, entertainment, and relaxation. It's an experience I recommend to anyone looking to touch the true heart of Catalan culture.

Great wine tasting experience - This was a highlight of our trip to Barcelona. It was so much fun. There was no need to drive to a winery. The experience was brought to us. All our questions were answered. The cheese and chocolates were a great compliment. Brendan organized a wonderful experience and is knowledgeable of history, fun facts and locals

Excellent wine and cheese tasting in Barcelona - Very good option for those looking to discover wines and different locations in Spain. The sommelier, Joan, offers different types of wines (cava, white and red) from different regions of Spain, pairing with different types of cheese. It was definitely worth a lot!

Delicious Tasting, Great Conversation, Incredible Value - Was absolutely blown away by this tour. Brendan was our tour guide who showed us around the Roman and Gothic quarters of Barcelona before taking us to visit the oldest candy and pastry shop in the city, and finally to an incredible wine bar: Aguita. At the pastry shop we had the chance to sample fresh candies made from honey and a traditional sugar pastry with a cream filling. The sweets were good, but loved the experience in the shop even more. Next we headed over to the winery where we were greeted with a brief history of Spanish wine dating back to the Romans and the various regions in the area. We were heading to Portugal so we even talked about the Dao and Douro valleys during our time there. The wine shop owner is an amazing host and did a great job selecting two red wines and two cavas for us to try. He paired this with a tasty cheese, meats, and nuts plate. After over an hour of chatting and laughing, he surprised us with handmade chocolates which paired perfectly with the wines. We left with two wines in tow and hope that they soon start distributing to the US!

Brilliant tour - Brendan is amazing! - Brendan was such a knowledgeable and friendly guide. We had so much more than just a wine tasting experience - He showed us around some local historic sites, including Roman ruins and a few historically significant shops before making our way to the wine cellar. He was more than happy to take all of our questions throughout and by the experience it felt like less of a tour, and more of a conversation with a really knowledgeable friend! Highly recommend this experience & we'll definitely be doing more of Brendan's tours next time we're in Barcelona!

Very inclusive tours - Brendan took us on a tour of an area of Barcelona and we enjoyed it so much we asked about taking another tour. Brendan asked us what we would like to see and experience and designed a 2nd tour. We were taken to the original Roman buildings, a bakery, candy shop and a wine shop. We were treated to a number of very good wines and some cheeses at the wine store. The owner spoke very good English. We had a cup of very thick chocolate with churros to dip into it. We visited a very modern market and enjoyed lunch. Along the way Brendan pointed out historic buildings and squares. We hope to go back to Barcelona and tour with Brendan again. He is highly recommended by us.

Great experience! - This was my first private wine tasting experience in Barcelona. I felt I had a great experience, and tried a variety of wines that I've not tried. I am a chocolate and wine lover, and I loved that some of the wine pairings were with chocolate! I would recommend it to those who really enjoy the private experience!
