We begin the experience by tasting traditional Catalan pastry followed by an easy walk through the medieval Roman quarter on our way to the cellar, in this part of the tour you’ll learn more about the Romans and how they influenced wine production in Spain, the initial part of the tour lasts around 45 minutes.
Once we reach the elegant wine cellar, our sommelier will greet us and lead us to a table beautifully presented with wines, cheeses, fresh bread with olive oil, and chocolates. Under his guidance, we will learn about the best wine-tasting techniques. Included in the tasting are 2 exclusive red wines, 1 white and 1 cava. The wine tasting will last 1.5 hours.
