Excellent trip - Highly Recommended - We took a private tour with Mike around the island. It was a great introduction to Barbados. Mike was personable and friendly, full of information and his love of the island shone through. The vehicle was comfortable, despite the many potholes, with aircon. We saw some fantastic views, watched surfers at Bathsheba and learned so much about the history, geography and culture of Barbados. Cannot fault this trip. First class.

20 stars and 2 thumbs up - A 5 isn’t a high enough rating. 10 stars! Minimum It has always been my dream to see the Barbados. I read about it in a book many years ago. With in 15 minutes there were so many historical facts and events he told us about that I asked if he had written a pamphlet; unfortunately he had not. With the information he was giving I would’ve needed a collection of books to find it all on my own. I was rather apprehensive about spending so much time with one person; as it turned out it was the best 6 hours. I learned so much. Thank you Mike! If I ever find myself lucky enough to be in the Barbados again I promise to look you up.

Fantastic Barbados island tour - must do! - We toured with Mike on his 6-hour ‘Real Barbados Tour’ this week and what an experience that has been! An extensive tour with some great highlights - towns on the west coast, North Point/Animal Flower Cave, Cherry Tree Hill/Morgan Lewis Mill & Bathsheba. We saw so much, but mostly, we learnt a lot! Mike shared his knowledge about Barbados history, geography and culture. Through his anecdotes, we learnt more about the Bajan way of life, which we were thrilled about. Highly recommend it - well worth the price. If you are still hesitating, don’t. Although you see a lot, you do not feel rushed in any way and Mike really takes the time to go in depth in all his explanations. On top of that, we also booked Mike for two taxi rides - he is a great and punctual driver! Thanks Mike for the great day, and a special thanks to Sue for her great reactivity and professionalism. P.S: Mike’s rum punch was a great addition to our tour!!

Great Overview from a Local Guide - We had a wonderful day with Mike who showed us all the local sites and also provided a personal perspective of the island. Spent time at historic parish churches, beaches, the Flower Cave, and other sites. Our tour included a very nice stop for lunch at a local restaurant. Would highly recommend this tour.

Wonderful tour - What a fabulous tour with Mike, he is so knowledgeable about the beautiful island of Barbados, he covered the history and culture in so much detail and there was not a question he couldn't answer. In addition to this he picked us up and dropped us off at the Port so we could spend the last day of our holiday with our friends who were staying at a nearby hotel. Thanks Mike you made the last day of our holiday one to remember. Would highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting the beautiful island of Barabdos.

Best day of our trip - We had a fantastic day tour with Mike. We covered a lot of the island, stopping all along on the west, north (Animal Flower Cave - amazing) and east coasts (Bathsheba - unlike anywhere else). Mike was really friendly and was happy to give us local info/history on all the stops as we went around, as well as keeping us well-fuelled with homemade rum punch! We asked for a couple of roadside stops to get fresh coconut water (delicious!) and ‘dunks’ (interesting!) and Mike haggled on our behalf to get us a good price. The van was roomy & comfy (important on some of the rougher roads!), and the AC was very welcome. All in all it was the best bang-for-our-buck day on our trip, and we’d recommend it to anyone visiting.

Absolutely Terrific Tour!!! - Mike shared his extensive knowledge and personal experience of the history, heritage, culture, diversity of the landscape and more in a most interesting way. We booked the tour for our 2nd day on the island in order to get an overview of the place. Well, we got that and, even more, we came away with an even greater appreciation of Barbados and its peoples. Most highly recommended !!!
