Purrrfect Solution - This was perfect for me traveling solo with my dog and older cat. It helped me anticipate what was coming up on the one way Park Loop road. I was able to find cool shady parking and take short 5 min jaunts from the car to beautiful places. I appreciated the privacy of my own car and being able to start/stop the recording.

Gave us a good overview of the park for first timers - Great app to get us through our first trip to Acadia! It was very busy yesterday so folks should arrive early. We took it slow and downloading the app was perfect!

Very well produced - Very informative & helpful. Be certain to download BEFORE entering the park. There is poor cell service in the park & will be impossible to download.

Great way to start! - A great way to get the lay of the land. We’ll go back later in the week to stop at places we drove by the first time. Self-paced trip, well worth it!

A Must Have App for Visiting Arcadia Park - The app worked flawlessly and helped make our day in Arcadia Park a memorable day. It leaves it up to you to visit a stop or go on to the next stop on the tour. The narration was informative and add some history when possible. It kept us informed when a stop was coming up which included info on parking.

Great self guided tour, and good value. - This self guided tour worked well. It took a bit to get it set up and loaded, but we were able to follow it through the park, even when we lost cell service for a moment we were able to fast forward to our location and continue. It really added to our rainy day adventure.

Acadia on your own with a personnal guide in the car. - First, I could not load the tour inside the park. When I went outside, it loaded right up. Very good speaking voice and content. I stopped many times and the tour continued. Parking was a major problem and some hikes were on rugged ground.
Being on your own has to be better than subject to the Explorer schedule or a tour bus like Oly's.

Interesting and affordable - Loved the part of the tour we were able to access. Once we got the hang of following the directions, they were pretty easy and the narration was interesting. Unfortunately we lost connection partway through the tour and we weren’t able to get it back. We’d be willing to give this kind of audio tour another try, though.

Acadia driving tour - App was not user friendly. Never did find how to view the tour map. Some audio spots were after we had passed the spot. However, the scenery was beautiful and the tree colors were nearly at peak.

Downloaded and still glitchy - Downloaded as suggested
Worked fine until we paused it to visit one of the stops. Got it started again and made almost halfway through and then it quit working once more. Got frustrated and did not use it for the rest of the visit
