- From 01:30 to 03:00 am: We will pick you up from your accommodation in Bali
- At 03:45 am: We reach the starting point and our experienced hiking guides will give an overview and safety…
Join us for a memorable journey to the summit of Mount Batur in Bali, where you can witness a magnificent sunrise from the peak of an active volcano.
Here is the plan:
- From 01:30 to 03:00 am: We will pick you up from your accommodation in Bali
- At 03:45 am: We reach the starting point and our experienced hiking guides will give an overview and safety briefing
- At 04.09 am: Our guide will lead you in a 90-minute trek to reach the summit just in time for the sunrise
- At 06:00 am: Enjoy a warm cup of tea or coffee served by our guide as you marvel at the breathtaking sunrise
- At 07:00 am: From the summit, you can choose to head straight to the car park OR take a tour with our guide around the rim to explore the second crater (erupted in 1926), the third crater (erupted in 1963), and the newest crater (erupted in 1974 and 1994)
- At 09:00 am: We will reach back at the base
- At 09:20 am: Indulge in a breakfast at a restaurant overlooking the lake and Mount Batur
- Between 11:00 am and 01:00 pm: Expected time of return to your hotel
- Children 4-years and under are free with accompanied of an adult

Fantastic experience - The views were amazing and our guide Wayan Budiawan and driver Gede Edi were incredibly helpful!! Wayne is a wizard on the photography / videography, and just made the whole experience super enjoyable.

Mount Batur Hiking + Jeep Experience - Our guide, Jero, was friendly, fit, and very helpful. He asked whether we preferred an easy or more challenging hiking route, and adjusted accordingly. When we reached the summit, he showed us a hot steam vent and took us to scenic spots for photos before the area got too crowded. He was always ready to lend a hand when we struggled during the hike. Overall, it was a great experience! We even managed to catch the sunrise, despite a weather forecast that predicted light rain.

Sunrise at mount Batur with a great guide and driver - Smooth experience from start to finish, very good communication. The driver (Putu Pande) and the guide we had on that day (Gede) were fantastic, very kind and so much attention to details. The guide got us one of the best views and was sharing some nice knowledge. Can only highly recommend and I understand why they come recommended as well. Would book again in a heartbeat.

Completely unforgettable experience - Absolutely fantastic experience! The trip up the mountain was a bit hard and some places a bit steep. Absolutely amazing nature experience that you should see when you are in Bali. We had EN really good guide named Wayan Budiawan! He took some really good pictures of and for us. Recommended!

- The hike and the 360° views at the summit were amazing! Also our hiking guide Wayan Budiawan and driver Komang Dharma kept us safe and taught us a lot about the history and culture in these regions. Definitely a must do here in Bali!

Sunrise Batur Hike - This was a great package deal and convenient pick up at our Villa. JRO was our guide and he was good at giving breaks when needed and answering our questions. He also took some stellar shots!! Highly recommend!
