The Guide Who Made the Sunrise Shine Brighter - I had such a wonderful experience on the Mount Batur sunrise hike thanks to our amazing guide Wan. He was incredibly patient and encouraging throughout the climb, which made such a difference, especially when the trail felt challenging in the dark. He kept a steady pace, checked in often, and made sure we felt comfortable.
At the summit, he helped us find the perfect spot to enjoy the sunrise and shared interesting stories about the mountain. His kindness and calm presence really turned the hike into something special. I couldn’t have asked for a better guide — highly recommended!

Best experience - We did the hike with Putu and he was very nice. He was funny and was always making sure we were fine. He go at the pace that you want. I really recommande him.

Hiking on Mount Batur - I took part in a very nice trek in the company of our guide, Wan. He made us walk along a lightly trafficked path so that we did not meet too many tourists on the way.
Trekking is not very simple, not particularly suitable for those who do not have a minimum degree of training (for those who think of making it harder I recommend the use of poles).
Beautiful landscapes, a highly recommended experience.

Top - Beautiful experience. Challenging but feasible route, I recommend hiking shoes to avoid slips! Everything was perfect thanks to our guide Wan who was able to guide us and also say many things about the volcano. Super recommended

Breathtaking view - Experience physically demanding but worth it. You can do a simpler and longer route and a steeper and shorter one, but still the view is worth it!
