No better way to start the day—Mt. Batur / Hot Springs / Coffee Plantation - We were picked up by our driver on time to head to Mt. Batur. We were greeted by our amazing guide who gave us hiking bamboos to help with the trek. Once at the top, our guide made us breakfast while we waited for sunrise. Our kind driver then took us to the hot springs and to the Coffee plantation afterwards. Unique experience with world class hospitality. Would highly recommend you try it!

Best people! - We had the best time. Subagia was the best guide ever! He helped us and was very patient with us and even offered his hand during the tough spots. He made sure to get us a good spot to watch the sunrise. We loved the hike! It was not too bad on the way up. Very beautiful. Thank you! They are the best! We forgot coats and they let us rent a jacket.

Incredible Mount Batur Hike - Mount Batur Sunrise Hike – absolutely a must-do in Bali! The early wake-up is totally worth the breathtaking sunrise view from the top. Unforgettable experience!

Great guide, Wi - The experience was great. The view from the top is incredible. My guide, Wi, was really great. Whenever I needed a break, we stopped. He also was knowledgeable about the area and made a nice breakfast. All in all I cannot praise Wi enough. He also took great pictures!

Hell of a climb - This was a good experience and will definitely form a core memory for me. It was really a challenge though and not nearly as moderate as it was sold as. Definitely bring a good pair of hiking shoes if you're planning to do this ahead of time. We had two guides and ended up splitting the group in two as some of us were slower. One guide-Gusman was super kind, empathetic and offered to take pics for us. We got some great ones. He also explained the steam at the top and other different features on the way up. Our drivers (Arjana and Ketut) were also great and really kind. We hadn't expected the climb to take us as long as it did and had another tour. They really kept us on track for our time crunch. They drove us safely to and from the hotels as well as to the hot spring and coffee place. And as we were tired and hungry they were nice enough to take us to grab food on our way back. We had a really great experience with them

No - No one picked us up at the time we were told (1:30 in the morning), I wanted to contact the staff early enough, the day before (around noon) and I received a reply only at 11pm i.e. three hours before the activity, but nothing had been organized for the start time, it could have prevented me from waiting two hours in the cold and in the night for nothing, no one answers, do not book at home go elsewhere, there are plenty of other sites
