Just What You Need - I had the pleasure of being part of a Strªla class Lisa has taught when she was still living in Addis Ababa. Lisa is challenging and accommodating, she encourages you to do your best for what your body needs. You know you will be leaving feeling like “it was just what I needed”. I would recommend everyone to check out one of her classes, you won’t be disappointed!

Amazing yoga instrutor - Liza's yoga classes are incredible! I took part of her classes and I have to say that I learnt lots of new skills. I highly recommend her!
