Highlights
  • Bangkok - Pick up from any hotel in the Bangkok city area and depart Bangkok for Rom Hup Market.
  • Maeklong Railway Market (Talad Rom Hub) - Following a hotel pickup at 1:00 pm, our guide will take you to discover recommended tourist spot! Maeklong Railway Market is the only two markets built on the railway. When the train comes, the vendors will move off to let the train pass, which forms a unique scene!
  • Amphawa Floating Market - Next, you will visit Amphawa floating market, located on the side of the River of Cochinchina. It is one of the most popular markets in the Bangkok area! Having Thai and Chinese fusion architecture styles, many ancient buildings have existed for decades at the riverside.
Then take the longtail boat to the river and search for the fireflies together! With a beautiful and well-preserved natural environment, there are fireflies and lots of insects and birds in the jangle, which we can appreciate on the boat.
  • Wat Bang Kung - Wat Bang Kung is an ancient temple in Samut Songkhram, Thailand. It was built in the Ayutthaya period. It was the site of the Battle of Bang Kung between the Konbaung Dynasty and the Thonburi Kingdom.

A beautiful day in Thailand 🇹🇭 - An amazing day exploring markets, visiting a temple, and having lunch in a local restaurant. This was a private tour and the tour guide was quite knowledgeable about Thai culture and taught us so much. Our guide explained the what’s and whys of Thailand throughout the day. She made us feel comfortable and excited for our next stop. A very enjoyable day!

Historic and Picturesque Markets of Bangkok - As a solo female non-Thai-speaking traveler visiting Bangkok for the first time, I had some trepidation about wandering through a market alone. This tour solved all my problems - I really felt I was exploring the market with a friend. My guide negotiated with the vendors, found street-foods I had mentioned wanting to try, took photos for me, and knew exactly where to find bathrooms and fireflies ✨ This tour is a 6-hour commitment - but well worth the expense and time. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
