Bangkok views through a glass floor - A little bit of fun on a glass floor above Bangkok city, make sure you have a hat as no shade up there. Definitely worth doing if you like heights

Rethinking Bangkok rooftops -what a view!! - Visiting in the morning around 11am was really fantastic. Very few visitors. You could use everything to its full extent without any time restrictions. Fantastic view, great event. The elevator ride was quite an experience - not exactly cheap, but worth every euro/baht!!

Sensational 360 degree view of Bangkok - Sensational 360 degree view of Bangkok from the (currently) highest building in Thailand. We were there at 10.30 in the morning. No waiting time :-) Please note: Only the smallest bags can be taken. The rest must be deposited in the free locker. If sunglasses, cell phone, etc. don't fit in your pocket, small paper bags are available free of charge. Tip for guests over 60: Entry costs only 250 THB per person, but no packages are available. Take your ID with you! Entertaining video animation during the trip to the 74th floor (view through glass) Cell phones are not allowed on the small glass deck (open air). Photos must therefore be taken from outside. Very good alternative to the Lebua Skybar, as the prices for the drinks here are still very reasonable and the service is extremely friendly. 5 stars fully deserved 😊. The only thing we weren't impressed with was the exit via the shopping floors. Peanuts 😉

Breathaking view - A must visit place on your next trip to. Bangkok. Thats mahanakhon skywalk experience. One of Thailand’s highest observatory deck at 314m above ground level. The view is breathtaking. Its somewhat similar to That at Burj Khalifa. I personally loved the outdoor experience here. And walking on the glass floor was surely one of a kind experience. The visiting hours are 10-2 pm and 4-7pm.

Tallest building in Thailand - Easy to get to by BTS SkyTrain. No queues when I was there early afternoon midweek. 800 THB entrance fee for adults. But I availed the senior citizen and child discounted rate of 250 THB. Just show your passport, unlike other South East Asian countries, here they give discount to foreigners too. Very fast and smooth elevator ride to the top with animated show on the walls. Then another short elevator ride to the top level containing the famous glass bottomed Skywalk. You ha to wear cloth shoe covers to walk on the glass and mobile phones not allowed on the glass for obvious fears of it getting scratched if a mobile is accidentally dropped. Strange feeling walking on the glass and looking down. Definitely not for the faint hearted. Lots of seating in which to relax and take in the views of Bangkok. Enjoyed it a lot and highly recommended. The lift down drops you a few floors before the exit so you have to use escalators and traipse through a few levels of various merchandise mainly cosmetics. A few high end Asian eateries there too.

Don’t miss this amazing place in Bangkok - Fascinating and impressive architecture. Fabulous ambiance. Everyone was very helpful and kind. Views and glass walkway were amazing. Full bright orange moonrise was a bonus. Food and drinks were wonderful. The ease of entry and enjoyment of the facilities was appreciated. Very clean and well managed. Loved it!!!

Fun to do, but very commercial - I have visited both, the Mahanakhon Sky Walk and the Baiyoke Sky Tower. So I can compare. In terms of experience of the view of Bangkok, these two towers are identical. It is true that the Baiyoke tower is much cheaper to visit than the Mahanakhon tower. (400THB vs 980THB) The Mahanakhon has the Sky Walk as an extra, which is a very nice experience. The Mahanakhon tower is also much more modern, and more commercial in approach. For the timing of the visit, and this applies to both towers, it is best to choose an hour before sunset. If you enjoy your drink after your visit, you can then start your visit again with a view of Bangkok by night. (two different views for the price of one)

It's worth it - Panoramic point over the whole city: you go above 70 floors and once you get to the top the city seems to have no end. The cost of the ticket directly on site was around $20. For Bangkok it's definitely high, but once you're there you can't not go. Climbing onto the glass terrace you have the sensation of walking in space; It may be scary but it will be an exciting experience.

Thrilling walk on a glass floor on the 78th floor - Opened just a few years ago, the King Power Mahanakhon Tower is fast becoming a favorite tourist destination, thanks to its modern and unique architecture, but also because of its Skywalk located on the 78th floor. Ticket is quite expensive and the place tends to be a bit crowded, but these do not keep people from visiting the place just to walk on the glass floor on the 78th floor and enjoy a 360 degree panoramic view of Bangkok. It's also a great spot for viewing the sunset. Aside from all these, you can also dine and shop your heart out!
