Enjoyable day out snorkelling - An enjoyable day out on the water with three separate snorkelling stops. Saw lots of different fish and coral at each stop. Lunch was just okay, but did enjoy stopping at the village and purchasing some trinkets from locals. Recommend you take a motion sickness pill before departing

A fantastic day with great sights and service - Everything was as described and even better. The departing dock had great facilities including showers and breakfast. Pretty Patty was a great guide all day and had us all running on time with great insights and totally funny. The boats were super fast and in great condition, masks, flippers all good quality and staff defogging them just an example of quality service. Every stop had drinks and snacks and the lunch was delicious on the island in a awesome setting and beach. Oh the important bit, of course the coral and fish were incredible experiences with lots of fish. Floating above a whole school of Nemo,s was a huge highlight. The gypsy village was interesting and tsunami story very powerful. When you returned even more delicious food abd great photos of your day if you want them. Totally recommend this trip, we loved it

Good snorkelling, but very cramped in boat - The trip was well organised and the guide and crew very helpful, but there were 30-odd passengers on the boat, which was about half the size of the boat from Phuket to Phi Phi Islands. There were some lovely-shaped and colourful live corals, as well as fish, to see when snorkelling. It was interesting to learn about the Moken people and see a little of how they lived.

Great tour for family - All the sites they took us were amazing. Very beautiful ocean. Although, it was too many people on the boat and it was too long to get in the boat in the morning. We arrived 7:30 in the morning, then we finally got in the speed boat around 9. They stop a island for local handmade shops for look around the finally go to the snorkeling around noon. It can be more short trip.

If you can afford it, pay for personal tour. Overall great but very very cramped - Overall the trip was good. However there is no way these boats should be used for snorkelling, they are passenger ferry type speed boats. Meaning you are cramped, there is no where to even stretch / stand/ change of put on/ take off your gear. 1.5 hours out to the snorkelling sites/ Surin Islands means you’re really uncomfortable- plus there are 4/5 other boats going at the same time meaning at some locations there’s over 80 people snorkelling. for that reason I would suggest paying a bit more & getting a private tour. Also, the Moken village was amazing but only 30 minutes to view, which was a shame. Overall food was breakfast, lunch, fruit snacks and light dinner included, plus water/coke unlimited - all of which were lovely & the staff. However, I wouldn’t book again & would pay that bit more to have a personalised experience.

Great snorkeling! - Great snorkeling and nice people, especially Emily and Jenny! Only downsides for me were not being told to get fins after checking in since they weren’t on the boat and waiting for 2 hours at the pier before leaving.

Nice but too many people at each snorkelling spot - The tour was ok, they provide lots of food (breakfast, lunch, snacks and BBQ at the end), and the tour guide Emily was lovely. What was disappointing was that 6 boats with 30 people each all stopped at all the snorkelling places at the same time, so way to many people at each stop. Would be better if the alternated the stops. Visit to the Moken village was interesting, but again too many people.

Same old same old experience - I've already done a review on Trip Advisor on this trip! I did it on the day we went but I will do again. I am basing this review as a 63 year old, with reasonable mobility. However did stub my toe getting back on the boat after the first snorkel which left me in pain for a few days after. This company has not changed its format in the last 7 years since we have been. So maybe time for a bit of change. Pick up from hotel, drive to pier, check in, get a number, be fitted for fins, see if they can sell you a camera for underwater shots. Have a spread of food and drinks for breakfast which are free but are......... Wait and wait and wait around for other tourists to arrive - we waited for over an hour. Allocated to a speed boat - my biggest issue about this trip was the speed boat trip. I love this part of the experience actually to me it is the best part as I love to sit on the front of boat and experience bouncing off the waves. However we were allocated to speed board No. 1 on which I was not allowed to sit at the front of the boat. So if you are like me ask to be allocated Boat No. 5 as the captain can sit in the middle and can see ahead. The Moken village was good. The snorkeling was disappointing, the coral has been bleached but the fish are good to see. Lunch was the same as it was 7 years ago. I think this company needs to have a good look at its format and start to make some changes. Unless they do I will not be back and may look at an alternate provider.

Tour company cancelled our reservation an hour before the tour. Said they were sold out they weren't sold out 12 hrs ea - AVOID. We booked a tour with this company. paid the fee in full. The day of the tour I received an email stating the tour was full and they were canceling our reservation. 12 hours earlier they had room enough for us and took out money. They suggested we reserve for the next day. Problem was that it was our last day in Phuket. We were too late to book with another company and so we were not able to see Surin Island because of these guys. I told them that if we had cancelled last min they would have kept our money why is it ok for them to cancel last min.
