Great tour with Roz - We did the Lake Louise tour. Roz, our guide, was an excellent host who talked about the history as we rode to the lake. The lake itself was one of the highlights of our trip.

A stunning half day out - Walking on a frozen lake was surreal and the views were stunning! Some amazing photo opportunities and got to have a look inside the Fairmont. Our guide was extremely knowledgeable on the drive there and back, and we were given just the right amount of time at the lake

Lake Louise from Banff 1/2 day tour - Anick was our funny and knowledgeable tour guide. Easy booking process, reasonable cost and bonus refreshments. Family from 15yrs-50yrs all had a great day thanks to this tour operator.

Winter Lake Louise afternoon tour - The tour was amazing. Anick, our guide, was fabulous. She told lots of historical facts but also threw some humor in, as well. Lake Louise is a spectacular place to see!

Don't miss this tour - We loved this tour so much! Our guide, Phoebe, was amazing. She is personable and bubbly. She shared loads of information about Banff, Lake Louise, and different wildlife experiences. We learnt a lot on this trip! Phoebe also showed us great spots for both photos and experiences. The trip was smooth, transport was comfortable, and we enjoyed the treats at the end of the trip. We highly recommend this tour.

Snowy Lake Louise - Very beautiful area, unfortunately the ice wasn't thick enough to skate on and there wasn't much to see or do when I went. I'll be back in the summer. Emma, our driver/guide has a lot of knowledge and explains tons of things. We had a nice hot chocolate and cookies on our trip back.

Great experience, amazing guide, few suggestions - Timothy was a great guide. Extremely knowledgeable and comfortable travel back & forth to Lake Louise. I have started to really love travelling with Discover Banff tours. Wonderful job team.
Suggestions:
It will be amazing if the trip can be extended by 30 mins or an hour. Even if we wanna hike the frozen lake or the trail around, it take’s atleast 90mins to 2 hrs, we were given 1 hour and 10 mins which wasn’t entirely sufficient. We travel to such exquisite locations once in a lifetime, we would like atleast 30 mins more.

Snow showing not included - Very knowledgable and informative guide on the journey. Drink and biscuit provided before leaving. Nice view down the lake but lots of people on it which took the edge off a bit.
We chose this tour so we could try snowshoeing but the driver said they had stopped doing that a few years ago. Bit disappointing overall.
