Winter Wonderland Tour with Rae was amazing and exceeded expectations! - When I booked this tour, I had high expectations based on all the glowing reviews. Somehow, even those high expectations were exceeded during our Winter Wonderland tour with Rae. She put us at ease at every turn and we had the best time! Couldn’t recommend this tour and her enough!

Guide was great! - Our guide Simon from Chile was awesome—very nice and knowledgable and pleasant to spend the day with. My one criticism would be that the description of the tour online was not what we actually ended up doing because, unbeknownst to us, we had to prebook certain activities. The tour company should be more direct/upfront about what guests need to do in advance. Simon was great though!

Great experience! - My guide, Simon was so great!! Very knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and kind! The temps were below freezing, but Banff was a winter wonderland and with right coat etc didn’t even notice the cold. Johnston Canyon was amazing, we saw guys ice climbing the falls, and the whole hike was just beautiful. Simon made great stops along the way and I got some amazing pictures. Fully recommend Simon and this tour!!

Amazing!! - I had an amazing time! I can’t say enough about Simon, my tour guide. He was amazing, helpful and knowledgeable, friendly and kind! It was freezing on our tour (started around 5°F,) but I loved every second! Simon knew all the great picture spots, and very patiently helped us take them, and we lucked into perfect timing at Morant’s curve with the train coming! The hot chocolate after the beautifully chilly Johnston Canyon hike was soooo good! This experience was so worth it, I felt like I really got a lot out of the day, thanks to Simon!

A Great Day Out - I had such a lovely day! Our guide, Mitch, was fun, kind and knowledgable and as we were a small group of 5, he kept us all included which was amazing. I would definitely recommend hiring the ice skates, it was alot of fun and hassle free. I am so pleased that I get to go home saying 'I've skated on Lake Louise'!! If you like to ogle at nature then you will certainly like the views at Johnston Canyon, beautiful! Thank you to you both for a Great Day!!

Would recommend! Easy way to see a lot. - Our tour happened to be on Banff’s coldest day of the year, and I’m honestly really glad it wasn’t canceled. IMO, it’s a tour best for international visitors or those who want to sight see without a rental car. Some details; Tour guide: Michael was great! Easy going, good driver. Pick up: you can ask for your hotel pick up, which I hadn’t known about. Pros: group tour, good guide, safe, a lot to see in one day Cons: van could use some improvements. Very cold, struggled to heat up. Also would be nice to include hand warmers on days that crazy cold for the cost of the tour.

A nice way to see some sights - Great way to see the immediate sights of Banff and Lake Louise. Small group dynamic adds to the relaxed and comfortable nature of the tour. Our guide was very nice and accommodating but I would have appreciated more insights/information from him on the surroundings we were visiting. Overall a very good experience.
