You choose the time, you choose the place and a technician will arrive on time to custom fit your equipment in the comfort of your lodging. The service revolves entirely around your needs during your time in Banff and they offer deliveries anywhere between 7:30am to 9pm. In the rare event that there are any issues with your equipment, contact the local operator. When you are ready to return your equipment, just call and arrangements will be made for a ski concierge to swing over and collect all of your gear.

Just pick a time that’s convenient for you and you’ll have a custom fitting in your hotel room, condo or vacation home. This package is for beginner level boarders. If you are a more experience rider or if you simply want to be on the highest quality gear, please select the Premium Snowboard Package.
