Be amazed with its landscapes... its people!!! - I went to Canmore and Banff... dream places. Towns or cities with landscapes that look like a postcard.

Tour of Banff - The tour was the best I have ever been on. Simon was great, he introduced himself on Thursday and gave us the meeting place and time. We met with the tour on Friday and we set off to Banff. Simon spoke in English and Mandarin and kept us all informed of all the attractions we drove by. We had timely stops and restroom breaks as we progressed. Banff was great and the attractions we paid for fit the billing. We are really pleased with the tour and will recommend it to friends and family also.

Relaxing way to see the area - Last minute booking, as I had planned to drive, but this was so much more relaxing. Our tour guide was wonderful, getting us last minute tickets up the Gondola when we arrived. Very informative and excellent stops and timing.

Lisa is best tour guide - Lisa was a great tour guide. Ask for her. Fluent in English and Mandarin (for the Chinese guests).
She was attentive to each of our needs. Tour was a good way to avoid driving in all the traffic!

Super tour to avoid driving in traffic - A fantastic tour with Lisa from Westar. Luckily not too hot and not too smokey. Most of the bus had Chinese tourists and it was fun hearing Lisa tell stories in English and Mandarin.
The Banff Gondola was fun but lots of people. Loved the Fairmont In for lunch.

Bow falls - Worth visiting ,beautiful scenery and very close to the town. I could have have stayed longer but were on a tour group.Our shuttle driver Stephen was very informative and took us around the area.

Best tour ever!! - It was the best tour! Michael is the best. Tour guide ever!
The tour was great! Gondola’s experience was awesome.
I didn’t eat in the buffet in the Fairmount hotel, however, we ate in the Fairmount terrace. We bought a sandwich and lemonade enjoying the view.
The rest of the places were unbelievable! Take this tour, you won’t regret!

Should I do a bus tour? - First time using a bus tour to visit Banff. Wanted to go to several places but just had one day to do it. Our tour was well organized and kept to their timetable. Both our guide and bus driver were extremely friendly and helpful. Our guide’s insights added depth to the experience. Enjoyed all the stops to experience the beauty of Banff. While the tour was fairly well paced the only downfall was at the end when we had to stop off at several hotels in Banff to let most of the passengers off to continue their visit. Overall would still recommend a bus tour if you wish to see several sites in one day.

Transportation van was unacceptable. - We were very disappointed in the van. It was dirty, old and my seatbelt was broken. The tour guide was nice and friendly but had a very strong accent so it was hard to understand him. The stops were good and on time but we saw many nice tour vans and ours was by far the worst. We could never recommend this tour as a result.
