- For access to the spa center you are required to have with you swim suit, towels and slippers (which can be rented on the spot as well)
- Children under 14 years are allowed only in the Galaxy area, dedicated to families and must be accompanied by an adult
- For infant/child/youth is required to have an ID/birth certificate for age verification, as well a student card if you booked a discounted rate.

Stress free trip - Very good trip, would recommend
this package to anyone. Having the travel to the spa done for us made it stress free. Spa is lovely and lots to do there

Relax - Really nice relaxing place. You needed to pay for towels and slippers… That was the only minor thing, but this happens in all the thermals springs!

It’s more like a pool party - It’s very busy, more like a pool party than a relaxing place. Overall it was a good experience, You get fun and the place is amazing with lots of different things to do, including the mud therapy.

Great place - Amazing day..so many pools and experiences to try. Just loved the Dead Sea pool..the Herbal steam bath..plus the indoor and out doir pools

Therme great . Driver disappointingly. - Therme was wonderful. The driver didn’t talk to us . He was on the phone with someone the entire ride. There were no seat belts in the car. He didnt speak English. When we were dropped off it seemed he wanted us to pay. We already paid just under $200. We weren’t sure what he was asking for. I have always thought Viator was excellent
The driver back didn’t talk but he wasn’t on phone. We could have taken a Uber and saved a lot of money.

Appalling staff - Place could be amazing with great facilities but staff are dreadful! Worst customer service ever. So rude and so many rules. Everyone I spoke to on the day said staff had been rude to them, shouted at them or tried to scam them one way or another. My mum (OAP) went up to pay at the exit with her robe she’d hired across her arm to hand it in and pay the bill and was surrounded by security guards accusing her of trying to steal it because she’d missed the deposit box. They charged her for trying to steal it, were very menacing and rude. Was a terrible and upsetting end to the day. Shouldn’t have been surprised though as all staff had been like it all day. I’d avoid until they’ve done some serious staff training. Bar staff were the only ones who were nice.

Robbing tourists - Terrible staff
They were rude, unhelpful and they fined us 250 Lei (€50) for accidentally having a rented towel in our bag when we were leaving.
They searched the bag we apologised and put the towel back.
It was a genuine mistake and I felt they behaved opportunistic and abusive.
This appears to be a method of robbing tourists
I have seen other scams operating in Hungary as well.
I would definitely not recommend.
