A Great Tour and a Wonderful Time! - This review is actually for December of 2022, but I am unable to select that far back in time. BUT I think it speak volumes to what a great trip we had that I am leaving this review over a year later. Gordon was a wonderful host and arranged great stops along the way. He showed us some historical sites and had a wealth of knowledge about the surrounding areas. There were 4 us in total and he was able to accommodate us comfortably. Planning the trip was easy and we were able to say different places we would like to visit and he worked on making it happen. We were a challenging group because it was winter and still very much dealing with COVID restrictions, but he succeeded nonetheless. Then to add more challenges, we needed to adjust the trip due to an extra experience we wanted to add on and he was very flexible there. One of the stops he arranged, ended up being just the 5 of us and the staff which led to a very intimate tasting experience where we left feeling like locals. All in all, it was a wonderful time and if/when we make it back to the highlands, we plan to book another visit with Gordon. I'm only sorry I did not get this review posted sooner!

Gordon was amazing ! - We booked Grandtours for 3 days. Gordon communicated with me months in advance and provided recommendations for distillery visits as well as made all reservations for distillery tours. He picked me and my family (4 people) in his spacious van from the Inverness airport. He drove us to all the distilleries (Glenlivet, Cardhu, GlenFarcis to name a few) and on the way gave us a wealth of information about Scotland. He also accommodated a last minute change and took us to see Loch Ness. Finally Samatha from his team drove us to Edinburgh Very patient, very helpful, just genuinely very nice ! Highly recommend !!!!

Great whisky and great fun! Easy conversation and a smooth ride! - Our trip with Carole was perfect! Everything was specifically tailored to us and we could make decisions as we went along. She knew how to guide us without being pushy. It was clear that Carole had a good working relationship with the distilleries we chose and we are confident this holds true with the other distilleries as well. It made for an extra special day. We couldn't have asked for more!

Best Scotland Tour Guide - Gordon took us on a fantastic tour of 4 Spyside distilleries with a lovely lunch. Gordon is fantastic, he is a great driver/guide with an extensive knowledge of the area and distilleries. We had a lot of fun with Gordon and would highly recommend booking him.

Great personalized whisky tour - Gordon wish a tremendous host and guide. He took great care and attention to every detail of our day! We loved the way that Gordon also included a few historical stops to complement the whisky tours. We highly recommend Gordon to anyone!!

Absolutely fantastic whisky tour! - Let me start by saying that Gordon was a lovely guide, fun and knowledgable. Like having a friend along for the beautiful drive up into the highlands - a friend who knows a good deal more about whisky and history! He arrived promptly with a very comfortable vehicle built for the slightly icy roads and drove us through the sunrise, asking us about our favorites before settling on a few distilleries that he thought we would like. We were never rushed and felt that we could make changes all the while. He also was kind enough to find us a great spot for lunch in between the tastings. All of his recommendations proved to be great ones and we really enjoyed the tour from start to finish. I would encourage anyone to trust him with your tour and you won't be disappointed. I will certainly be back for a longer one next time!

Amazing experience! - We had an amazing experience with Gill taking us around Speyside for an afternoon. The balance of distilleries she chose was perfect, drives in between not too long and super comfortable. Apart from being an amazing and experienced driver. she had lots of information and details on locations and distilleries. I live in Speyside - and she still managed to surprise me! Thank you for an unforgettable day!

Excellent Experience - This was a wonderful tour. We were able to visit 4 distilleries and our tour guide Carol was fantastic. Highly recommend!

Save the money & DIY - not really worth the money; we had done a whisky tour a few days prior where we paid a local cab company to take us around and we contacted the distilleries which cost us <20% as much as this tour. We were hopeful that the tour would provide extra color or access to distilleries that are hard to get into but that wasn’t really the case. Would recommend a DIY version yourself.
