A must do. - This was a fun morning, from pick up to drop off. So much insight, particularly enjoyed the insight into the differences between the Chinese village and the Muslim village. Very educational. The early start was worth it, it was getting really hot by the time we finished!

An unique time in Penang - It was an interesting tour and the riding was easy and quite safe.

A highlight of our trip to Penang/Georgetown! - Extremely informative about local farming and fishing communities, vegetation, crops, etc. loved riding through the countryside and rural villages. Pick up and drop off was super nice too!

Picturesque bike ride - I was captivated by Eddies colourful description of Malaysia’s economy and got a good understanding of how things worked here in Penang. He was very relaxed and funny. The views are very calming and the ride made me feel like a kid again.

Fantastic cycle tour through local villages - TC was a fantastic tour guide, prompt pick up with good communication, he even brought us some local breakfast snacks. The cycle tour was very informative and interesting through parts of the area you'd not normally see. TC was very knowledgeable and helpful along the way. Highly recommend!

A great way to learn more about the island outside of busy tourist spots. - This delivered on what I was hoping for...to get out of the tourist parts and see what happens on the West side of the island. The host TC was excellent. He was knowledgeable, funny, and entertaining. The pickup was on time and in a nice vehicle. The bikes were in fairly good condition and maintained and there was no hard riding. Just a nice meander through the countryside and a few local farms and villages with lots of information from the host. Would recommend.

don't miss the countryside! - Very interesting trip. Good guide, who told interesting things about the village life andthe country and its inhabitants. Very well organised; I was picked up from my temporary home. Careful driver. The bikes we used were ordinary bikes, like locals. So don't expect flashy e-bikes. Terrain was flat, so easy to do. Anyone cando it. we got free coffee and ice cream. I felt very well taken care of. Excellent job!

Great morning ride - The driver picked us up on time and was a careful driver - particularly given the kamikaze motor cycle riders causing all manner of hazards on the road. Our guide, Eddy (?) was very informative and helpful. His knowledge of Malaysian rural life, customs and traditions were enlightening. The ride was 7.5 kms along very flat paths. Some of the paths were a little rough but easy to navigate. The bikes are pretty old and the saddles are uncomfortable - which is why I gave the tour 4 stars. Overall I would recommend the tour.

Fun with the animals - 6.50am pick-up. About 1 hour's scenic drive each way, between our hotel and the other side of the island. A pleasant 2 hour cycle ride with a few stops at local farms and a fishing village community. Enjoyed feeding the farm animals. Good commentary by our guide. Water and a goat's milk ice cream provided. A relaxing morning. Good value.
