Shamakhi and Lahic Tour + Transfer to Sheki
Diri Baba Mausoleum - On the first day, after a warm welcome at the airport or meeting point, guests will be transported to Shamaki via the Maraza region. The itinerary includes a visit to the Diribaba Mausoleum, a 15th-century structure impressively carved into a cliff, merging architecture with natural rock, and dedicated to the Sufi saint Diribaba. The drive from the meeting point to this site takes approximately 90 minutes.
Juma Mosque - Juma Mosque, one of the oldest mosques in the Caucasus dating back to the 8th century, is renowned for withstanding numerous earthquakes and exemplifying classic Islamic architecture. The drive from Diribaba to the Mosque is about 30 minutes.
Yeddi Gumbaz Mausoleum - Yeddi Gumbaz Mausoleum is a necropolis of the Shirvan royal family featuring seven domed tombs, located on a hill offering panoramic views of the valley. The drive from the Mosque to this site is 5 minutes.
Lahij - State Historical And Cultural Reserve - Lahic Village is a charming mountain village celebrated for its copper craftsmanship, cobblestone streets, and a well-preserved medieval water sewage system, all explained by an experienced guide. The drive from the Mausoleum to Lahij village is 90 minutes. The tour concludes here, and guests proceed to Sheki, where they are dropped off at the hotel for an overnight stay.
