Disappointing - I cannot sum up something that did not happen. I do get that things happen but when you are picked up, taken to the location and then turn around and come right back to the hotel with no explanation why it can be very frustrating. I reached out to find out what happened and no one said a thing. I’m very disappointed and I can not give this a rating because it did not happen. I do hope I get reimbursed.
