A must do! Turquoise waters - You guys definitely have to check this out! Overall a blast. Boat was full, snorkeling was fun, and rose island was suuuuper pretty with the blue waters. It's so worth it. They give you unlimited rum punch and lunch. Cons: very choppy on the ocean. So I was a bit dizzy the next day. But that's on Mother Nature. Seating on boat is very cramped if you are tall/ long legs (your knees will hit the seat in front).

Amazing excursion!... - Amazing excursion! Captain Kareem did a wonderful job. Picked two great spots to view turtles and for snorkeling. We saw a large variety of fish (more than other snorkeling stops I’ve experienced) and biggest lobster ever. The boat ride was fast and fun with energetic music to enhance the vibe. The private beach is amazing! While it is still being developed, they have thought of most everything. Surreal views. Lunch was simple but satisfying. Staff was friendly and fun. We did not pay to feed pigs but enjoyed watching the activity. I hope we have an opportunity to return! Only recommendation is notify guests there is a Margaritaville Resort and Restaurant. We were directed to the Resort by several locals and were late to catch boat even with showing them the address. Have to take a cab from the cruise ships-not walking distance.

Not a snorkeling excursion - If you’re looking to do some snorkeling while in the Bahamas, this isn’t the way to do it. If you’re looking for a fun speed boat ride to a private beach where you can grab a mediocre burger and get drunk on rum punch while listening to party music (DJ) and taking in some beautiful scenery, this may be the right excursion for you! I would not recommend doing this with children, but non-alcoholic punch was available. The boat ride was fun, but the snorkeling consisted of stopping on the way out to the island, jumping into the water to snorkel for 10-15 minutes, and then being called back to the boat. A couple people in the group saw a turtle, but all we saw were some cool fish. There wasn’t much area for swimming, but we did get in the water for a bit. We could see the pigs when they brought them out, but we didn’t add the pig encounter to our excursion. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the timing was perfect for getting back to our cruise ship on time.

I thought the boat was... - I thought the boat was way to crowded for snorkeling. It was hard to get gear on and get in the water. The boat either needs to be bigger or sell less tickets. Not fun at all and actually stressful. The island was beautiful and lunch was good.

Had to File a Dispute for a Refund - Our excursion was canceled and I have been waiting over a month to get a refund after being promised a refund and a confirmation receipt while my family was still in The Bahamas. Filed a dispute through my bank and sent them all communication that I had with the company's representative. Just received an email from Viator asking my why I believe I am owed a refund. Glad I don't have to deal with them anymore. The day our excursion was cancelled, I walked down by the cruise ship port, booked the same excursion for $350 for a family of 4 and had the best time!

Not a leisure tour - pigs extra! Pay attention to details - This tour was ok, but really read the fine print & take note of what you “don’t” see and trust some of the non-stellar reviews. I wasn’t going to write this, but people should know what they’re getting into. I wish I did, as I would’ve booked something else. I was celebrating my 50th birthday & definitely felt my age. This is not a leisure tour. The good: area is beautiful, so was the beach club. They have a cool aviary near the restrooms!! If you are older, short or heavy, reconsider. Pay attention to the details you don’t see. Needless to say, this tour isn’t handicap/ada accessible at all. I wasn’t expecting it to be, but I did expect it to be “safe” and not stress me out. They take your shoes before you board the boat and you don’t see them again until you return. Getting to beach club isn’t a safe walk. There’s a review on here saying you have to be a billy goat to get to the beach & that’s no lie! This is 100% fact. We booked through Viator. We got blue wristbands upon arrival while most others got orange. No explanation given. The boat has taller walls when you’re inside, making it difficult to get on/off for snorkeling if you don’t want to jump off. I can see how someone broke their ankle. I’m short & it was a struggle. Captain Andy says if you’re scared - go to church. (???) I think he needs to go to church & improve his hospitality skills. There isn’t a step to help you get up on the ladder to get off boat or to help you get in when you get back on. It’s a drop. Many people didn’t even get off the boat to snorkel. Snorkeling area was full with other boats, but reef was cool. Turtle sightseeing is on the boat only - nobody gets off. There were no turtles on the day of our trip - crew attributed it to a predator in the area. On to the beach/pig experience… The steps/rocks to get to the beach are uneven, narrow and covered in sand. It was very pretty, but difficult to climb w/o shoes and I was nervous how I’d make it back w/o falling after drinking. Note: The Viator tour doesn’t include the pig interaction - you can only watch it. This is why we received blue wristbands. I wish the guide who checked us in told us this was why our bands were different. We stayed up by the beach club while the pig experience occurred. The pigs run out like celebrities & it was cute. There were about 10 pigs but a ton of people & it was actually better to watch… LOL! The rum punch was good & we had bar to ourselves during the pig encounter. Lunch was grilled burger or hot dog with chips. Made it back to the boat and shore without incident, but I was stressed out about getting on/off boat and exhausted when we returned to our cruise ship. As someone who has been snorkeling on other tours in Jamaica and throughout the Caribbean, this was disappointing and my least favorite experience. The tour operator could turn this into a much better experience by making a few modifications to their beach walk & boat ladder on board, They could even just add a basic wood box platform to step on.

Tour overbooked and cancelled on us upon arrival. - We booked this tour for our cruise port call in Nassau. When we arrived at the check-in location, on time, they told us that they had overbooked the tour and tried to rebook us on a later tour. Because we were only in port for 7 hours, we couldn’t do the later tour. Instead of trying to rebook other customers instead, they told us to request a refund through viator, which was extremely disappointing. So, we had to call Viator to request the refund (which Viator processed within 2 days) but it was extremely disappointing. If they are going to overbook tours, hedging bets on cancellations, they could at least send a message to t Those who booked the tour, giving them a heads up. We had already paid a $30 cab ride over to the meetup spot, only to be disappointed and left to figure something else out.
