Kecak Dance Uluwatu Great Experience - Great Experience! Kecak dance performance on top of the cliff with the sunset as background is unforgetable. My kids (10 and 15) also enjoy it. If you’re a foreigner, I would recommend to get private tour with guide and inclusive “skip on the line ticket”. The line can be very long and you might get the second show. They offer 2x show, the first one start at 6pm, perfect time to watch sunset. The guide can also walk you to the cliff area and moving safely along the “aggressive monkey” in the area. Lastly, the guide can help to give introduction of the story/ synopsis of show. We use Viator and have a great experience with our guide, Eddy.

WONDERFUL SHOW! GREAT TOUR EXPERIENCE - I am so happy to have used the full tour service for my Uluwatu experience. I HIGHLY recommend! My driver (BUYUNG) was early to pick me up and he was a very safe driver! I felt well cared for and safe. He made sure to warn me about the Uluwatu monkeys, and made sure I knew where to explore in the temple and when/where to be for the show. THE SHOW IS AMAZING!!!! I had the 5:30pm showing, PLAN AHEAD and buy your spot in advance so that you can experience the sunset show. It was magical to have this beautiful show against the backdrop of the setting sun. After the show my driver told me exactly where to find him, and I left the show immediately after it was done - to get back to him, so that we could beat the traffic out of Uluwatu. I’m so glad I did! I quickly found him and we swiftly left, ahead of traffic! As a bonus I wanted to get a souvenirs and Buyung was gracious and patient to take me to a place so that I could obtain. 100% recommend the full package tour! Driver was kind, spoke English well, took a photo for me when I asked and secured my tickets for me, he was early on arrival & a safe driver. THE SHOW IS AMAZING - the extra hospitality options made it the best experience.

Kecak dance - Nice experience and introduction to the old traditions of Bali. Beautiful costumes. Beautiful location. Lots of (aggressive) monkeys.

Water is essential! - It's easier and more convenient to make a reservation, even on the day. Lines form well in advance, so you might feel a bit rushed, but even if you arrive later, there are often seats available at the front. In any case, make sure to bring water. You'll be watching the show in the sun for nearly an hour, so you'll get very thirsty. It's also important to choose your seat carefully, as you might be worried about the person in front of you. The show was amazing!

scammers - The show would start at 7:00 PM. When we arrived at 7:00 PM the show had already started, which I thought was very strange. I got a shock when the show ended at 7:10 PM. I only caught 10 minutes of the show. I sent a message to the organization from where I bought my tickets that I wanted my money back, they did not respond. they are scammers and i want my money back!!! I give the show and everything a 0
