Highly recommend - Great service, excellent food options and quiet place. Was personally escorted from the drop zone straight through checkin with VIP treatment

Complimentary companion - We always book a lounge for the return flight on all our trips .
As always, we look forward to the service the atmosphere and the snacks.
This time we were surprised with a special service - we got a WhatsApp with the info for a free service.
We were picked up at the airport entrance and escorted through the controls to the lounge, just perfect and a very nice staff.

Bali Airport Lounge is a comfortable way to spend a long wait - We had a long wait for our late night flight at Denpasar Airport. The premier lounge was a great way to relax and wait. We were met at the checkin by their representative. She arranged for our luggage to be checked in before the counter opened for our flight which was great, meant we could go straight to the lounge. We were escorted there and made comfortable. The bathroom facilities were good and very clean, the food was fine, there wasn't a huge buffet feast but there was enough variety to suit most tastes and it was renewed regularly. Good choice of alcoholic drinks including cocktails was included. Most importantly it was quiet, comfortable and relaxing.

BALI AIRPORT LOUNGE - The lounge was a pleasant experience compared to the crowds in the terminal. We were able to sit & relax, enjoy a drink & some very nice food in comfy chairs. Before our trip, I had read some negative reviews about this lounge but it served its purpose well for us. No complaints.

Bali Airport Lounge 2024 - 1. Very crowded at 3pm hard to get a seat (Depends on aircraft so may be hard to control) however nice area with attentive staff.
2. Plenty of food included need more variety of sweets.
3. Free cool drinks etc.
4. Would visit again. but be cautious at what hour or time you select!

Don't purchase this! - This experience did not happen, because it was all a scam! I paid for lounge access, which was denied due to a discontinued relationship with the provider. The process of getting a refund has been almost impossible to access.

Don't do it! - On arrival was told the tickets purchased were invalid, when questioned it took 3 desk staff to allow entry. On entry we were shuffled through the lounge down a dark stairwell to another lounge, dirty crowded unmanned bar and 3 very poor food choices. A bonus was a smoking lounge in the "true lounge" which also had a manned bar a far greater food choice. Add to that the disgusting and disrespectful emails sent from Viator directly shows this is a pathetic "experience" as are Viator as a company

Business Class lounge is a disgrace - The man Business Class lounge is “under renovation”. It is a disgrace and reflects poorly on the airport and the airlines who use it. No AirCon, over-crowded, very limited food choice and difficult to access.

Bit hard to give 24hrs notice when you purchase 3 tickets 3 hrs before we go ,then say no, ripe off - This would be the worst site I have ever dealt with ,they advertised airport lounge international, at a set price so I booked this for for 3 people
that afternoon and paid for this, on my invoice is stated domestic, so l again contacted them for a refund, there comment back was you didn't cancel 24hrs in advance so there's no refund ??.don't use this site ,so called peoples site what a joke, ps I have there link now and will keep at this until it is resolve .
