Our inaugural destination is the Bali Swings, tucked away in Bongkasa Village, Abiansemal district, a quick 20 minute journey west from Ubud. After partaking in the swing experience, we’ll head to Ubud’s core to explore the market and palace. We’ll also visit Puri Saren Ubud, otherwise known as Ubud Palace, located in the northern section of the market, where the Royal Family makes their residence. Come evening, the exterior yard morphs into a stage for the local group dance performance featuring the Legong Dance, Barong Dance, Ramayana Ballet, and Mahabharata Ballet. Post our sojourn at the Ubud market and palace, we’ll venture further north of Ubud to visit the iconic Tegalalang rice terrace. Lastly, we’ll wind down our trip with a stop at the stunning Tegenungan waterfall.
