Wonderful bali trip - We booked the trip from viator and our guide/driver antika was very helpful.
The places were beautiful and he also helped us to get some beautiful pictures

Nice option for sights within Bali's highands! - It's been a dozen years since I was last in Bali and I was eager to check out the spots I missed the first time around. With that in mind I'm glad I went with Edy Smile Tour as I visited Banyumala Twin Waterfalls, Ulun Danu Beratan, the Handara Resort gate, before finishing the day with Jatiluwih Rice Terrace. From taking care of the tickets to the attractions to sharing key facts of each destination to regular updates on our ETAs of next stops, Dony the guide and driver was always a pleasure to work with throughout the day.
One thing I greatly appreciated was that, unlike several tours I've done both in Indonesia and other international destinations, we didn't make stops at businesses that gave commissions to tours who would bring tourists in which is what I encountered the last time I hired a guide from a different agency in 2010. Not having to worry about that while having precious time eaten by such sidetrips was greatly appreciated and I truly felt like Dony valued my time during our tour!
My experience in this tour has me looking at booking with this group again the next time I'm around!

Wonderful - As we were in Bali only for a few day, we were looking for a tour that show the best places in Bali. And this tour meets our expectations perfectly.
Suda, our driver was very kind and helpful, we learn a lot about Bali, thanks to him. He knows the best places to take wonderful pictures. He also take us to a coffee plantation where we have tasted several kinds of tea and coffee.
Our day was perfect and we will remember every moment.

Friendly and very cooperative driver - Our driver suda was before time. The cleanliness of car was well maintained. I would like to appreciate the friendly nature of our driver suda who was so cooperative to help us in all way. He made our journey smooth and memorable.

Private 3 day tours package : Bali highlights - My wife and I have a wonderful 3 days tour seeing the Bali areas by a private tour from Edy Smile tour.
I would like to especially thanks to Mr Bob my driver for suck wonderful touring days. He always is on time and we spent an entire day with our driver, exploring around Bali and he helps to find good location for fresh fruits and took a lot of beautiful videos and pictures.
Bob was a very familiar area with all aspects of the tour question and very friendly, would take Bob again then when we go back to Bali.
It was a great experience
I highly recommend Bali 3 days tour from them

Knowledgeable guide, awesome photographer - experience travelling with an Infant - Hey there,
I wanted to thank Putu for his great service. We were initially skeptical of taking a 5 am tour with a 5 month old infant. However the driver was on time, great clean car and good overall feel in the car.
Putu was quite knowledgeable about the places we visited, shared some insightful stories
about how bedegul got its name.
What stands out?
His driving (we felt very safe and comfortable even with a 5 month old infant)
His great photo skills - he clicked some of our best Bali pics @Hundara gate, Wanagiri Hills and Ulan Danu. He was quite patient as at times, travelling with an infant can slow you down.
Would highly recommend Ed's smile tours - Thanks a bunch for the great experience.

Great tour, lots of stops but feels laid back - Myself and my husband visited Tanah Lot, Banyumala waterfall, Hidden Hills, Handara Gate and Ulun Danu Bratan temple with Dony as our guide. Dony was a brilliant guide, very courteous and polite. During the tour he explained the history of the places we visited and told us about Balinese culture. He also knew good spots to take pictures and acted as our photographer too.
We enjoyed visiting all the places on the itinerary, we didn't feel rushed and we got to see everything we wanted. The waterfall was lovely and my husband took a swim while we were there, just bear in mind the carpark is a 15 minute walk up/down a steep hill so can be a little tiring. Dony went above and beyond as a guide, when we were at Tanah Lot it started to rain so he ran back to the car to get an umbrella for us. The battery on my phone also ran out so he took pictures on his own and sent them to me afterwards so we didn't miss getting photos we wanted. We would highly recommend booking a tour with Dony both for his friendly and relaxed demeanour and his sharing of local knowledge and culture. Well worthy of 5 stars!

Private North Instagram and Tanah Lot Temple Tour - Our driver Jhio took us to all the promised sites despite the terrible traffic we found while exiting Ubud, where we booked our Hotel.
The tour was really exciting and Jhio was very accommodating and flexible to meet all our requests.
