Khaled, the grandchild of Ramses - Khaled picked us up at the hotel at 8 am (very punctual). The tour started with a 40 min drive to Saqqara, giving us a reasonable time (perfect timing before the other tourists came rushing in). We were offered a camel ride, which we happily took. The second stop was Memphis. Khaled shared some interesting facts about the Necropolis and Memphis. Later Khaled offered us two additional visits: A carpet crafting school and an Egyptian clothes store. After the tour ended, we were dropped off at the national museum of Civilisation, where he gave us an amazing tour. Very happy with the time! Thank you, Khaled and his driver.
