- Bastei Bridge - Discover Bastei, the crown jewel of Saxon Switzerland! Explore several breathtaking viewpoints, with the most spectacular overlooking the Elbe Canyon, the largest sandstone canyon in Europe. From a height of 190 meters above the river, admire the beauty of Saxon Switzerland National Park, including the table mountains of Lilienstein and Königstein with its impregnable fortress.
Then, walk across this magnificent bridge perched high above the river Elbe. This awe-inspiring landmark is notable for being the first tourist attraction in the region, constructed in 1851 to connect the rocky peaks with Neurathen Fortress. Prepare to be amazed by its architectural wonder!

Amazing Time - This was a wonderful trip from start to finish. Our tour guide Tereza was very insightful and really made the whole day a lot of fun. Bastei Bridge was incredible. The whole area reminded me of a smaller version of Grand Canyon with way more trees. Our tour was in mid October and the leaves were starting to change color so walking there and back (short walk) to the van was very pretty. The lunch was decent and the restaurant was very authentic German. Dresden is beautiful and total eye candy to walk around in. Our guide was very knowledgeable about the history and other facts. I would totally recommend this tour.

Our day trip to Switzerland, not really 😉 - This was a fantastic day trip! Our guide picked us up bright and early. We only had to share the van with one other couple. It was a comfortable ride with water and snacks within reach and readily available. Our guide was extremely knowledgeable. He shared so much of the history and general knowledge with us about each location. It was thoroughly enjoyable. He was great at keeping us on time from location to location. He made himself available for picture-taking, answering questions and lent a helping hand when needed. This was a great experience.

Best Tour Guide - It was fantastic. So much beautiful scenery. Our tour guide, Andrea, was phenomenal. She has so much knowledge and truly cared about each one of the 9 people on the tour.

Fun and Informative Trip outside Prague - Excellent and fun experience. We were picked up in front of our hotel by Monika, who was an expert driver. We met up with the other van (there were thirteen people all together on this trip) at a gas station near the German border. We met Josef, our guide, there. Josef was wonderful in explaining the history, some anecdotes, and even about any flora and fauna we came across. The whole trip was fun and interesting but you definitely have to be in shape for the walk up to the sandstone arch, the descent was ok until the last bit and it was steep with steps but worth it. The other two sites we went to were much easier to navigate. There is lunch provided with the tour and it was delicious and served in a small B&B in a tiny village by the park. Unfortunately, for us, the weather was somewhat uncooperative with wind and rain but we were still able to get decent pictures despite that. All in all, I would definitely recommend this tour to anyone who wants a break from the city and see some of the charming Czech countryside!

Climbing to wonders in the National Parks of Germany and the Czech Republic - This was a wonderful experience. After cruising the Danube and seeing many cities, beautiful but crowded this was an amazing experience in nature. The views promised were excellent. And our guide, Barbara was knowledgeable, energetic, and very considerate of the varying levels of activity and the impact on the varying participants. I would highly recommend this tour and the opportunity to see both national parks in Germany and Czech Republic.

Fantastic Hiking Experience with Wonderful Tour Guide - Overall this trip is a fantastic getaway from downtown Prague to hike a beautiful national park. We were 4 in a group of 12 and had Monica as our driver and Josef as our guide. He was incredibly entertaining and engaging to the whole group, and very knowledgeable about the different sites on the way to the park and at the park locations itself. The hikes were very enjoyable that show beautiful vistas and natural landscapes of both Czech and Germany.
The tour is very accommodating to different hiking skill levels, but should note better the elevation on these hikes. The first location is very easy, it is mostly a quick overlook point that makes for good pictures, but the second and third hikes have significant elevation changes (~200m) that can be quite difficult for those with joint or breathing difficulties. Some members of the group were unable to join the third hike due to these steep grades, but the tour was very accommodating and shuttled them to enjoyable alternation viewpoints while the rest of the group went on the third hike.
I would highly recommend this tour to anyone who enjoys hiking and national parks! The drivers and guide are very competent, knowledgeable, and hilarious which elevates the experience!

An excellent, well organised tour to a beautiful National Park. - This was an excellent tour that our family party of 3 enjoyed very much. We booked through Milan at Saxon Tours and were picked up from our Prague hotel for the journey to the National Park by Ondres who was our driver and guide for most of the trip. All aspects of the day were very well planned and co-ordinated, visiting the Bastei bridge first before it got too busy. We had opted to do the gorge boat trip and we were accompanied by Milan who was a warm, friendly and helpful guide. We journeyed on, after an enjoyable lunch and a beer, to Tiske steny. Plenty of water and snacks were made available throughout the day and we enjoyed chatting with Ondres our driver and guide who was professional and knowledgeable. My wife, adult daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed our day out from Prague and would highly recommend Saxon tours.

To do absolutely! - Beautiful sites, to see absolutely!!
The organization of the day was perfect: punctuality of our guide, ultra comfortable car, many breaks, excellent meal in an idyllic setting and English speaking guide Ondrej is excellent 👍. A big thank you to him for all the explanations and his kindness, he was in the small care with us all day that lasted 13h (7:15-20:15)!!

Disappointed in customer service - I was disappointed in their snack pack, they informed me the morning of the tour that breakfast snack will be provided when i proactively asked to plan my things.. But wen i got pickled up, all they had was protein bar.. I had a ling day of tour/hiking without breakfast.. And lunch was served at 3pm…
