Great experience! - I had a great experience with the Sunrise Tour in Bacalar. At first I was hesitant due to never having been on a paddle board, however Eckart was great at explaining how to use it. During the tour he shared some history about the lagoon and Bacalar. Overall it was a great experience. I enjoyed everything, it was nice and peaceful enjoying the lagoon at sunrise.

Amazing way to access the lagoon - I tool the sunrise Tour and it was truly amazing. Not only were the nature and sunrise one of a kind but Eckart shared a lot of insight about the lagoon and Bacalar. It was possible to book it on very short notice as well. Would definitely recommend.

Amazing tour! - Incredible sunrise tour with Eckar and Fay, super friendly, super simple everything and the best, attention and explanations about the Lagoon and the village and history of Bacalar. It was magical. We recommend it to everyone. Sincerely doing the tour has been one of the best decisions we have made during our trip in Mexico.

Just a perfect morning. - We loved the sunrise sup tour with Eckart! Very beautiful, very serene. Breakfast on the board while watching the sun rise. Very good information about the history of Bacalar and about the lake. We highly recommend it! It was our favourite activity in Bacalar!

Highlight of our trip - Incredible experience and highlight of our trip! Eckhart and Fay did the upmost to look after us and made sure we had the best time possible! They picked us up from the hostel and offered us SUP/kayak/double kayak in addition to offering to teach us. We opted to single kayak each and visited the cenotes and bird island, stopping regularly to admire the view. Eckhart was so knowledgable about local geography, history, flora and fauna and it was so interesting to hear about each of the places we went around the lagoon. We also had a delicious breakfast on the water! Overall an amazing experience and do not hesitate to book! This was a fantastic price for an unforgettable experience.

Sunrise SUP was the highlight of my Stay in Bacalar - I had a great time on the Sunrise Paddle Boarding Tour. It was relaxing and peaceful and the sunrise was amazing to see in such a beautiful location. The staff that took us out were great too and very knowledgable about the lagoon. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting the Bacalar area

Highly recommended - We had a great SUP tour in a very small group at sunrise, which was a lot of fun and also informative. Eckart was able to tell us a lot about the local fauna and lagoon as well as about Bacalar's history. First, there was a small helpful introduction to the SEA. In between there were coffee/tea and melon. In addition, we were able to have photos taken of us on the water, which will be made available to us later. Everything wonderful, we definitely recommend!

Tour operator without knowledge of tour. - We made the reservation through TripAdvisor by recommendation online, arriving at the place where we were supposed to leave, neither the place was informed of the tour reservation nor he or the guide were present at the time we were marked. The venue manager has only “recommended” we cancel the reservation without any other option because there was no one assigned for it. And along with this, the reservation will not be refunded waiting for this inconvenience to proceed. Sadly we trusted TA but the regrettable recommendation was not responsible.
