Amazing unique experience - We had the best time with Laura and Victor! They took us to the most popular spots (bird island, canal de los pirates) and also to some spots where there weren't any other people and we had the lagoon all to ourselves! They are fluent in 4 languages and do a great job explaining the lagoon (and making sure we see all the 7 colors) and were lovely to talk to throughout the ride. Overall the experience was very intimate (only two of us) and it was nice and quiet with only the wind. Victor is an expert captain and we felt like we were in great hands the entire time!

Enjoy sailing with a small catamaran! - We really enjoyed our trip on the lagoon with Victor and Laura! We were lucky that we were the only ones on the tour, with no other travelers! They have a small catamaran, Hobie Cat, which is great without motor guiding! They are a young couple and speak good English and German. Victor is the helmsman and Laura tells about the area and history. Plenty of time for a swim while the margaritas are prepared for you! We enjoyed it! We can highly recommend them. Amazing - Amazing experience with Victor and Laura. They will take you to magical places (including some where you will be alone, far from other tourists). They are super nice and you won't notice the 3 hours have passed (we would have liked to have stayed for more hours on the catamaran). In addition to the magnificent landscapes, you will also live a human experience by spending a pleasant time with the captain and his wife. The advantage over kayaking and padel is that you can visit more places. If you want to live an unforgettable experience far from the boats full of tourists, I advise you to contact Laura & Victor. Wonderful sailing trip for two on a catamaran - It took a while to find it, but we are so glad we took the time. This was a really fun sailing trip. Victor and Laura took us to the most beautiful places on the lagoon. In between there was time for a swim. Even sailing the last part yourself. This trip was wonderfully quiet and enjoyable for the two of us, powered only by the wind. Highly recommended!

Peaceful sailing with engaging and personable tour guides. - Laura & Victor are young couple who started their own business for water sports & tours in Bacalar. They lead the tours personally. The do windsurfing, and freediving (with their associate), as well as spear fishing when in season. We went booked the hobie cat tour of the Lagoon and was entertained by informative and lively stories about the history/area/culture. It was supposed to be a group tour, but it was slow season so were lucky to get a private one as no one else booked. They were very personable, and we went at a relaxed pace to most of the highlight spots of the lagoon. They even let us try our hand at sailing the hobie cat under supervision. The lagoon was beautiful of course, and we had the opportunity to snorkel/swim a bit at various locations (not much wildlife/fish, but the water's colors were amazing). Beverages thoughtfully provided. We really enjoyed their company as well as the boat tour! Sailing on the hobie cat low to the water, we felt much more immersed with nature than the regular motor boat tours. Prices are very reasonable compared to other tours and very quick responses/communications.

Must book experience! - Couldn’t have asked for a better time! We learned so much about the history of the area, sailing, and saw some amazing nature, including a turtle :) you’d be a fool not to book this tour! Thank you so much for a great time!
