A long but really fun day! - Communication with tour provider was good before who allowed for pick-up in Tulum. Explained things about the day well in English despite most of the tour members being Spanish. Good variation of activities provided during the day (cenote, beach club, boat tour etc). Enough time given at each. Good food for breakfast and lunch which was included. Had a great day overall despite it being a long bus ride.
