AMAZING experience - Amazing trip where we visited lots of stuff. Our tour guide Abril was just amazing! So so friendly and so knowledge. I would recommend to everyone!

Great Experience - We did a couple activities with Adventure Lab via Yak Lake House as we were staying there. Our first activity was the sailing tour with David and Carlos. It was great as Carlos safely navigated us to the water and back safely. David was very knowledgable about the lagoon and made us feel very welcome. We stopped at multiple stops and got to swim in the crystal clear beautiful blue water. The second activity was the sunset paddle boarding which is by far my favorite thing i did here in Bacalar. David was also our guide this time, along with a beautiful Argentinian man whom I did not get his name. It was my first time paddle boarding but i got a hang of it pretty quickly. When the sun was setting i could not believe my eyes how beautiful it is. We saw both the moon and sun at the same time and the color of the sunset was out of this world. Everything was so picturesque. My phone camera could not capture the full beauty. You have to see it with your eyes.

Amazing sunset experience - I had the best time during paddling in the Laguna at sunset time. Our instructor Igna was awesome and made his best to give us a great time, from sharing knowledge and spirit of the place, to taking us to the most beautiful places. Magical !

Highly recommend - My husband and I did the sunrise tour this morning and WOW it was amazing. Our guide was brilliant and patient. I'm personally not very confident in the water and she was very good at teaching me the techniques and making sure I was comfortable. You go at a nice chilled pace and the sunrise is just stunning. We didn't need to bring our phones with us as they take pictures for you AND they're free which is certainly not common. Can't recommend it enough!

Amazing tour! - We had an amazing sunset tour! It is really well organized and the tour is a different experience that I would recommend! The istructors gladys, luis ans Isis were really professional and helpful!

Great! - Fun adventure! The staff is very careful and it was a great adventure. You take the sup and the staff gives you good indication on how to use it. You paddle until the pirates channel and then we played volleyball. We had a lot of fun. Highly recommended!

Amazing stand up paddle with dosey in the magrove - We spent 3h30 with Dosey, the very friendly guide. It was just for the two of us! We went farther than the first lagoon with tourists and even farther than the second lake which is already less known. So we where in the mangrove, with crystal clear water, surrounding by birds tweets. Dosey is a very good teacher and he can tell a lot about the lagoon while being really funny. I recommend it, it seems a such more immersive experience than boat tours.

VERY BAD SERVICE, NOT RECOMMENDED - RECOMMEND TO CALL AND MAKE SURE THEY HAVE YOUR RESERVATION FIRST!!!! We had the reservation on Friday Oct 20, 2023, didn't receive any notification or communication before our activity. We arrived on time and the staff told us THERE ARE NO ANY RESERVATIONS OR ACTIVITIES FOR US. They check our reservation several times look like we were lying, in the end they still sent one tour guide to take us to complete the activity, obviously the tour guide was not happy to take this unexpected tour, all the tour we felt very uncomfortable because he was very inpatience and just want to finish our tour ASAP. The place is beautiful, BUT SADLY VERY BAD SERVICE. They only have this activity Thursday and Saturday, if you want to book in another day better choose other tour.
