• Bibliotheca Alexandria - Guests will be picked up from their hotel in Cairo and driven to Alexandria to start the tour. The first destination is the renowned Library of Alexandria, one of the world’s largest and most impressive libraries, housing over 8 million books. Visitors will also explore the President Sadat Museum and the open courtyard, where statues of Alexander the Great and Ptolemy I, both found underwater nearby, can be admired.

An expert guide will describe the library’s unique architectural design from the outside, with opportunities for photo stops along the way.

The Library of Alexandria is closed on Fridays, Saturdays, and public holidays. Access to the main reading area requires an additional entry ticket.

• Catacombs of Kom el Shoqafa - Discover the Catacombs of Kom El Shoqafa, the largest Roman burial site in Egypt, featuring three levels carved deep into the rock.
• Pompey’s Pillar - Visitors will pass by Pompey’s Pillar and stop for a quick photo opportunity. The pillar was constructed in honor of Emperor Diocletian at the end of the 4th century.
• Ancient Roman Amphitheater - A guided walk around the excavation site of the ancient Roman city of Alexandria will reveal the remains of Roman villas, the amphitheater ruins, Alexandria’s Great Tomb excavation area, and other fascinating structures. Please note that this tour offers an external view only, as entry to these sites is not included. The guide will provide rich historical insights as guests explore these remarkable ruins.
• Saint Mark’s Coptic Orthodox Cathedral - Guests will then be driven to visit the Church of St. Mark, the oldest church in Africa.
• Mansheya - The tour continues through Mansheya, one of the oldest market areas in Alexandria. Guests can stroll along the narrow, bustling streets of the traditional women’s market (Zan’et El-Setat) and explore the nearby gold market, where locals purchase wedding and engagement jewelry.
• Alexandria Unknown Naval Soldier Memorial - Pass by the Unknown Soldier Memorial.
• Mosque of Abu al-Abbas al-Mursi - The car will then take guests to the city’s largest and most beautiful mosque, the Abbo Elabbas Mosque, for a photo stop. Guests will also pass by Egypt’s oldest funfair for a glimpse of local culture.
• Fort Qaitbey - Opposite, guests will find the Corniche and the old harbor, where colorful fishing boats bob in the water and local fishermen can be seen casting their nets or repairing them by hand — a perfect spot for taking stunning photos. The tour continues to view the impressive exterior of the 15th-century Qaitbay Citadel, built on the very site of Alexandria’s ancient Lighthouse, one of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World. This striking fortress makes for a fantastic photo opportunity.
• King Farouk Palace - At Montaza Gardens — also known as the Love Garden, a favorite spot for couples and families — guests will explore the royal gardens of King Farouk, Egypt’s last monarch. They can admire the architecture of the Haramlek and Salamlek Palaces, stroll along the famous Montaza Bridge, and visit Tea Palace Island with views of the royal beaches once reserved for queens.
  After the visit, guests can relax with a comfortable drive back to their hotel in Cairo.
