The term ‘Ku Hoe He’e Nalu’ translates to ‘standing, rowing, surfing, wave’ respectively. This fun outdoor activity doubles as a full-body workout, enhancing balance and muscle growth whilst maintaining a fun interaction with nature. The facility for renting paddle boards is conveniently located beside the football pitch, on the azure waters of Sete Cidades Lake.
